Mom's Terrace and Memory Garden

My Mother, Erna Boneck Anderson, loved her gardens. I share her passion. As I worked on this Terrace Garden I memorialized these feelings in the construction of this garden terrace in Mom's memory. The construction took about two and a half years. Extensive drip Irrigation, stacked rock walls, construction of block walls, rock splitting, clay soil busting, hauling, and soil amending. are some of the activities that are shown and explained. Large rock moving was a major activity. All were a labor of love. So, go ahead and grab your popcorn and soda and watch how the rocky wild landscape is brought into shape.
