Hw s the support after sales? Are they resolving via app or cust care toll free? I see blindly people complain abt ola without proper data..i own s1 air dnt face any issue so far...one time while going at 50km speed suddenly the speed went down
Yes they support us because my S1 Air went to sleep mode and we raised complaints in the Ola App.Other then that no Complaints if I face anything will Put videos on issues...I don't know the exact issues 50 km slow down are you coming to mention sleep mode?
@Maanushi_Kaashvi the display s still on..without reducing the accelarator the speed comes down automatically and the moment it reaches 10kmph the accelarator works..not sure it s meant as sleep mode..

I too have this scrap. Battery complaint within one month. Service is worst. 1 month in service center. Got vehicle last week, now again back to service center - back wheel tight and noise. May be another 1 or 2 month in serv centre. 🤬

And this s happening only when we maintain constant speed range of 50 or 60..when the speed s ups n down i wont face any issue
