Great run! Question: why you used shrouded vault while on the ground, when you can just vault normally? is it only because practical reasons or does the switch skill boost your attack/something?
the first hit of silkbind vault counts as a hit for diving wyvern, so you only have to do 2 kinsect slashes/AAS to power up diving wyvern instead of the usual 3
Fyi shrouded vault is dual blade's switch skill! As the comment above states, you can stack aerial damage up to three times for a hard-hitting diving wyvern, and you can stack with a vault.
@@lilsmolcrow Same. The more dps I do, the more I have. Drawn out fights after the 5th or so kill tend to get boring. Seeing how fast I can kill the monster without going a hyper optimized build is fun
@@basedbasedonwhat2137 Exactly! And since i don't like all these comfort-hindering builds with Dereliction or Strife, it's usually quite hard to come up with in-between optimized builds, with high DPS and enough comfort skills
@@lilsmolcrow I usually tell people all the time to only use youtube builds as templates. There was MUCH more freedom in World, not so much in rise, so you need to learn the skill and learn to sacrifice for what's needed or what makes fights bearable. I'm on console, so I'm currently waiting for sunbreak, but what I've learned is to always put at least one point of evade extender on my builds. It makes fights so much more bearable, and I can put out good dps still, as it's only one slot. I can sacrifice a crit boost skill. 5% extra damage vs extreme comfort. Think I'll choose the comfort lol
it's bullshroud, speed kinsects will trigger their charge attack when using kinsect slash. bullshroud has charged chain attack with blunt damage so u can get some pretty easy stuns with it

There is a skilled called heroism give tremendous extra attack and defense when low hp
