Great routine, im much better mechanically than before i started doin it, i mean kinda consistent double taps, air dribblin from any position (from the ground/dribblin position too, my main way of scorin in 1s now is air dribble bump from the normal dribbling position), i can flip reset consistently in freeplay (can score like 2 or 3 resets per 5 shots no bounce) + im much more speedy since i learned speedflips and 90% of the time i speedflip instead of frontflippin lol. The first 2 weeks i was doin 2h everyday followin the training exactly, then i started playing more but i still did the training routine just skipped some stuff like the pad drill and instead of 40 mins of freeplay i would do like 10-15, ngl i skipped the shooting pack too often was boring lol. So for anyone starting this training routine i think its best to focus on bangin the ball hard in freeplay A LOT (should be most of ur training), then probably the shadow defence pack is most important, after that its dribblin and powershots with double taps coming last but not least (thats for sure the most fun pack though so i spent most time on it lmao). It's time! I'm currently the most inconsistent low champ 2 ever. I can't breakthrough with any of my mechanics, and I keep whiffing the ball and setting up the opponents. I'm going to put in the hours and try to do both hours everyday before going to bed. Wish me luck, I'll come back when I'm GC!
@@arsalmonga1719 I didn’t stick to it, but if you want to rank up as fast as possible, heres what you need to do. Do 40 minutes or more of freeplay every day, 20 minutes with infinite boost on, 20 without. Chase the ball around the field going supersonic and booming it as fast as possible and committing sooner than you feel comfortable. Whiffing = improvement. Also find a major area of your mechanics that you are struggling with and drill it for 10 minutes a day. If you do this you will literally see your mechanics improve within the first week I, I promise. For your game sense just work on hesitating less, you are either 100% committing or 100% staying back. Make your decisions quickly, so you don’t hold back your teammates.
@@Derk88 for the first few days I stayed consistent with the routine but after a few days I find I quit boring to do the same routine every day. So I shaked it up a little bit. And I improved really good. Went from Dia 2 to C1 div 3. Im going for GC this season!
Hi long my time RUclips watcher and lover of RL. 2 months left in the season, I hit C1 last season C2 this season during rank outs. Been looking for a solid routine something to get me there. I will put in the dedication to do your routine. My goal is GC before the end of the season, my tm8 leaves for a month so if I can get it before that🤘🏽
@@laselecta9012 I peaked into C3 1340ish mmr. I was able to stick to the program for a couple of weeks, but it is a lot of time spent on the same stuff each day. I got burnt out and started doing half the program a day. Setting a timer for 10 min and hard focusing on a subject is the most useful part for me. With no timer I lose focus and go into autopilot. Overall I do feel more mechanical.
@@laselecta9012 I was using air roll right for the rings map. I was already decent with directional air roll before I started. I do feel much more comfortable with it now, but not perfect. I would occasionally use directional air roll for the air dribble, deevo, and shadow D portions. I would never hold it down for the whole play. I would just use it to reposition my car to make the touch I wanted.
I did this every day for a week and I somehowe, not blaming the training but, I went from diamond 3 to diamond 1. I think it is because u train more than u play ranked and that wont mix well
I be noticed my weaknesses being diamond2 is the corners me and my tm8ts frequently miss-read where the ball going to bounce so it flies right past us and allows the team for an easy goal I suggest learning corner reads if you struggle reading the ball on them.
Hello. I am Meatbun. I have subscribed to your channel on Feb 24/2022. I have currently completed hour number 1 of training. My ranks currently are Champ 1 div 3 in 3s. Champ 2 div 1 in 2s. Diamond 2 div 4 in 1s. I will update my results on March 10.
thanks for the training routine but theres 1 problem, my parents told me to don't play from monday to thursday so I can't play every day 2 hours, cause I have to focus on school... :( anyways thx for the vid
I'm on console so your idea of air rolling through the 'cones' is really good! When you air roll, do you (or more to the point, should I) make adjustments when my car is inverted, or should I be able to do this exercise my making corrections only when the car is in the default position (i.e. when I can see the roof of the car). My directional air roll control isn't bad when making adjustments from this default position and I've been practicing adjustments when the car is inverted as a starting position, but I'm not sure how beneficial this is quite yet. Thanks!
I am planning on releasing a directional air roll guide sometime in the next two weeks, but I would practice holding down air roll and making adjustments on the fly, instead of just using it for a quick adjustment. That is the best way to learn it!
Yo Pufl I just got c3 in 3s the other day. I rly wanna hit GC before the season ends and get the rewards but that’s in less than a month now. You think it’s possible to rank up that quick by then? Imma try to incorporate some of this routine
Hope this one gets read I know I’m late to the party! (Great video by the way!) I’ve started a very similar routine a few months ago and have seen drastic improvements in my ground game, shooting consistency and dribbling/basic flicks I’ve also improved my aerial abilities, lethaymrs rings air rolling throughout (only to level 5 so far) for example. My biggest issue is putting the air roll piece to use in game / with a ball to go for. Practicing general air control has been helpful but do you have any training routines to connect the dots?? I find myself improving air roll during training but never know how / when to use it in game. Crossing my fingers I get a response! Thanks again for the helpful video. Took me from low plat to early diamond in a season. Hoping to get close to champ this season, just need to play more consistently
I'm only a C1, however, I'm only good in the mechanical aspects of the game. I can tell you exactly what to do. What you need to focus on is when you're going for an air dribble for example...focus on using air roll to get a better hit on the ball. That's the ONLY reason to use air roll. Work on spining and stopping at different intervals of an air dribble. Practice with the hood of the car facing fowards and backwards as well as side ways. This will allow you to work on the weird touches on the ball you're not comfortable with. Add redirect training packs to your training regime. Squishymuffins in a double tap training pack said once you need to be able to hit the ball in weird ways. What he means by that is with your car facing different ways to get a better hit on the ball with the most power. Redirects help teach you how to get better touches, that's why it is useful. Finally you need to understand that you need to learn how to fly omnidirectional. What that means is that you need to learn how to fly in all directions. For example, I learned how to use both air rolls to be able to get the most dexterity. So I'll use air roll right, you need to learn how to use air roll right with your left stick held up, held down, held left, held right. While holding your air roll. This will get you use to how your car moves depending on the way that you move your stick. Combine it all together with a few hours of training everyday and you're good! Best of luck!
@@Dab42069 appreciate the response!! I will definitely start trying that! I do get very thrown off trying to do an air toll left air dribble while air rolling the entire time, I need to definitely focus on trying to position for the best touches!
Can you do a training regimen video for plat player, my mechanics are the worst ever, I’m diamond because of game sense but I’m pretty sure my mechanics are probably gold 😂 Because even hitting the ball and following it is hard for me in freeplay 🥲
Hey man, nice training routine, thanks for sharing it. Can you explain what you do on the hour 2 freeplay minutes? I didn't get it from the video. You do the same thing you do on the hour 1? Hit the ball around and work on speed?
I’m struggling so much with air roll, since I started I’ve used the non direction air roll but it’s not all to effective how the directional ones are. Is it just a case of practicing with air roll left (That’s the one I’m more comfortable with as oppose to right) or could there be something in particular I’m doing wrong? I’m c2 atm
@@PuflYT definitely bro, something no one else seems to talk about is the take off when you plan on using air roll throughout the move, find my self taking off really slowly into it and then missing the chance or taking off and not being lined up correctly
I’m not that good in air roll since I forget to apply it in my game often but if you are used to default air roll I would give some tips and hope they would be helpful, N.B, I’m at Diamond but I do think that directional air roll is absolutely better if you can slowly get used to it.... When you are air rolling your car right and notice the car in the normal position (with the hood facing the camera): if you want to move to the right you air roll diagonally down and right then after the twist your car will be needing to air roll just right to get back to normal position (so you need to move the diagonal air roll into right air roll only) If you want to move to the left you air roll diagonally up and right then after the twist your car will be needing to air roll just right to get back to normal position, When you are air rolling your car left and notice the car in the normal position with the hood facing the camera: If you want to move left (diagonal down and left then just left after the twist) If you want to move right (diagonal up and left then just left after the twist) .. If your car upside down everything is upside down I presume (still don’t know for sure) good luck hope it helps
Harry for basic training I think about each quarter turn your car makes. I've started trying to drive out both sides of the goal and get to the other goal without air roll at all to get used to left and right being up and down. If that makes sense circling around the ball with air rolling the whole time might start to be easier. I'm D2 with one hand. I changed my drift to left trigger with free roll and put my reverse on x. Since you shouldn't be reversing too much I think this is beneficial for 2 handed players as well. It's pretty drastic at first though not gonna lie.
hey pufl last season i was c3 div 2 and stopped playing and now sorta hard stuck c2 and ive been down bad for the gc tag for a few seasons now there is just about a month left do you think if i do one hour a day and an hour the next day do you thinki can hit gc by then? ill do this when i get home from school tomorrow and i could update if i remeber to lmao
How do you keep yourself motivated to train for an hour or 2 at one time? I get bored of training after 5 - 10 mins (whether it is Freeplay or custom training packs, etc) and just want to play some matches....any tips for that besides listening to music or podcast?
For real. Training is getting boring so fast for me too. Sometimes i have days where i just want to do training with some good music but most of the time i am bored after a few minutes of freeplay then workshop maps and i don't even do training packs because that's the most boring thing in rl for me. Just hitting the same shots over and over again without following the ball or something. I really have to work on my motivation to get gc.

hey could you help me, I'm hardstuck diamond, I've just found out about thsi video today and I'll try following these
Come on bro you got this! Im in c3 rn for the first time, will try this routine and update u later
C2 to GC3 div3 in 6 months funny joke
@@wilson8920 it's very possible
@@isthatluft update?
third update: About an year ago, i started this training, went from Plat 1 who could hardly reset, to C1 quad resetting, to which I quit the game after. This video took a big toll on my entire time playing the game haha
nice
I was looking for something else and i found this. „While i was looking for bronze, i found a gold.”
First Day doing this, will do it at least 5 days a week. Coming back in 3 weeks
Great video bro
5 months later and i'm now gc. the most important aspect if training is freeplay. put in the hours, and you will see results
@@James-lt4sj also a low champ struggling. Did you incorporate this exact routine ?
@@James-lt4sj thanks for the advices mate 🙏🏼
Im going to try this routine for a few weeks + do some extra training practicing new mechanics
How’s it going? You staying consistent with the routine?
I’m trying this out myself
@@Derk88 for the first few days I stayed consistent with the routine but after a few days I find I quit boring to do the same routine every day. So I shaked it up a little bit. And I improved really good. Went from Dia 2 to C1 div 3. Im going for GC this season!
Lezgoo your helped me reach champ I just reached champ:)
Hi long my time RUclips watcher and lover of RL. 2 months left in the season, I hit C1 last season C2 this season during rank outs. Been looking for a solid routine something to get me there. I will put in the dedication to do your routine. My goal is GC before the end of the season, my tm8 leaves for a month so if I can get it before that🤘🏽
Underrated!
You earned a sub :)
how did you change the map from default beckweith park on the air dribbles training pack? awesome video man
Going to try this for 2 hours a day for a month see how much we improve ♥️
how is it going
Any progress?
Hope you're still alive
And I’ve started using the warmup routine and it’s been pretty good even know I’ve only used it for 2 days
Im 3 years late but if anyone sees this im hard stuck d2 in 2s and plat 2 in 1s. I will start this training routine today and update yall every week!
is good trust i went from d3 to gc
@@Wackingmember-0 alright thanks
I’ll start this routine today (23. august) at Diamond 2 Division 2 (in 1s) I’ll keep you up if I make some serious progress.
Well, how it goes?
Well?
@@axlereno6215 bad i guess
I was Diamond one and now I’m ssl from these training packs
Stuck in C2. I will be implementing this training routine for the next 30 days. I will report back on the results.
How it go
@@laselecta9012 I peaked into C3 1340ish mmr.
@@dust1771 were you using directional air roll in your training ?
@@laselecta9012 I was using air roll right for the rings map. I was already decent with directional air roll before I started. I do feel much more comfortable with it now, but not perfect. I would occasionally use directional air roll for the air dribble, deevo, and shadow D portions. I would never hold it down for the whole play. I would just use it to reposition my car to make the touch I wanted.
how abut now@@dust1771
I did this every day for a week and I somehowe, not blaming the training but, I went from diamond 3 to diamond 1. I think it is because u train more than u play ranked and that wont mix well
deserve more subs
if you have access to bakkes mod you have access to workshop maps
D3 here, just about to start doing this, I'll update if I make any progress.
so?
did you make progress
I be noticed my weaknesses being diamond2 is the corners me and my tm8ts frequently miss-read where the ball going to bounce so it flies right past us and allows the team for an easy goal I suggest learning corner reads if you struggle reading the ball on them.
Wouldn’t happen if you waiting backpost and anticipated the miss
Champ 1 div 3 in 3s. Champ 1 div 2 in 2s. Diamond 3 div 2 in 1s. Season 6. Completed 14 days of this training.
So I have 3 hours of playtime so I'm gonna do the 2 hours of practicing and then 1 hour of com
thanks
I only want to get better so I can type: 'What a save!' to my opponents
hit Diamond 1 consistently in season 6 will come back after season 7
2:42 or go into the Freeplay map "Pillars" and dribble the ball there
I've been hardstuck c2-c3 since the Season 1 refresh. Season 6 is where I am getting gc. If I dont I guess I'm changing games
thanks for the training routine but theres 1 problem, my parents told me to don't play from monday to thursday so I can't play every day 2 hours, cause I have to focus on school... :( anyways thx for the vid
"The promised land of GC." where almost no one gets out of
I'm on console so your idea of air rolling through the 'cones' is really good!
Pufl u made me dim3 to c2thank u a lot but why are u not posting for
this would be great if i had it on pc. no one look out ffor console. but i just grind freeplay and learn from my replays
im going to try this out, ill update in 2 weeks.
currently c1 div 1 in 2s.

Just know once you get to gc those shadow training ones are gunna be way faster lol
Yo Pufl I just got c3 in 3s the other day. I rly wanna hit GC before the season ends and get the rewards but that’s in less than a month now. You think it’s possible to rank up that quick by then? Imma try to incorporate some of this routine
oh absolutely! You have plenty of time
That is a slotted training program!
How many hours did you spend to reach GC1 from C1 ?
Starting at d1 I’ll update u every week until I get atleast champ

LETS GO! Let me know how it goes
@@PIwm pog
Hope this one gets read I know I’m late to the party! (Great video by the way!)
I’ve started a very similar routine a few months ago and have seen drastic improvements in my ground game, shooting consistency and dribbling/basic flicks
I’ve also improved my aerial abilities, lethaymrs rings air rolling throughout (only to level 5 so far) for example.
Hit the ball around and work on speed?
ye
i have his discord
soo tell anything about training if u need help
Thanks for the help!
But I do still have a problem.. I cant train in workshopmaps im on switch
U got me d3 to gc 2 in 1s and 2s are u some sort of magician
u serious?? how long did it take
What settings do you use my man? Please and thank you. Just view settings, not sensitivity or anything.
Thanks i need that help
I’m struggling so much with air roll, since I started I’ve used the non direction air roll but it’s not all to effective how the directional ones are. Is it just a case of practicing with air roll left
(That’s the one I’m more comfortable with as oppose to right) or could there be something in particular I’m doing wrong? I’m c2 atm
I am thinking about making a directional air roll guide because I get this question quite a bit. Would that be helpful?
I’m c3 div 2 hoping to hit gc before season ends but my mechanics are kinda mid can air dribble and double tap but no flip resets or ceiling shots
When he practicing air roll is he doing air roll directional or regular air roll?
hey pufl last season i was c3 div 2 and stopped playing and now sorta hard stuck c2 and ive been down bad for the gc tag for a few seasons now there is just about a month left do you think if i do one hour a day and an hour the next day do you thinki can hit gc by then?
ill do this when i get home from school tomorrow and i could update if i remeber to lmao
How do you keep yourself motivated to train for an hour or 2 at one time? I get bored of training after 5 - 10 mins (whether it is Freeplay or custom training packs, etc) and just want to play some matches....any tips for that besides listening to music or podcast?
honestly for me, its the thrill of getting better. it can be hard in times where you aren’t getting results, but I just keep thinking bigger picture!
