I don’t personally have allergies so it’s hard for me to make a comparison. I don’t know anyone who has any issues. I will say that around the beginning of March there does tend to be a lot of pollen in the air from some of the trees starting to fruit
@@TheMandelTeam can you please do a video on apartment renting in Boca. I’m looking to move from the North to Florida next year. I notice in these videos, realtors tend to forget solo movers (people without kids, just singles).
Miami Beach is great, tons of fun and lots to do. The suburbs are going to be a very different feel for a different buyer looking for a different lifestyle. Luckily, Boca Raton is only about a 45 minute to 1 Hour Dr. from Miami or Miami Beach!
@@TheMandelTeam yes, my father used to live in Delray so I like the Boca Area. One of the reasons we are considering Naples is because of the crime in the surrounding areas. We know Boca is safe, but I've seen some pretty bad areas even in Delray. But on the flip, Naples seems pretty boring...but safe. I run a business and need walmarts, TJX stores and seems there is a ton around Boca. Boca will most likely be our choice, just a little nervous...moving from a suburb outside of Boston.
Bro let me tell you Naples is so gorgeous! Perfect place to live in my opinion. People there are very nice and helpful from my experience, the beach is beautiful (a little less touristic than the east coast or the beaches in Fort Myers or St Pete for instance :D) and the area seems pretty safe as well. You won‘t regret that choice, trust me :D
For Europeans: If you have lived in Rome or Paris traffic isn’t so bad:) but public transport is not good like other places in Europe. If you are a walker, try to live ground zero, or else it is very hard to walk w the humidity.
Yes, there are a lot of neighborhoods in Boca they have inexpensive homes but require you to buy into the community which can cost between $60,000 all the way up to $150,000 as a one time fee plus $20,000 per year. You don’t have to be in one of those communities in Boca, but you have to know where to look since you can’t filter out those types of homes or communities when you are looking on sites like zillow or realtor.com
Funny, because when lived in Boca, East Boca was considered more of the "ghetto" part of town. West Boca had the guard gates, country clubs, & 700/month HOA dues. We sold our house in 1998 for 280k and it's now over 600k.
I've been living in Boca for many years and I totally agree with Andy's comments. Great video!
Thanks for watching!
Thank you for the information brother moving down here next week, appreciate the insight
If we can be of any assistance just let us know!
So true st andrews, pinecrest and many more great big schools in boca
I have allergies. What say you about the environment for those with tree allergies?

Thank you for the honest review
I've lived in the same home here for 20 years. Love it!
That is AWESOME! Boca Raton is a beautiful place to live. Thanks for commenting and being a loyal subscriber!

I love your honesty
What about public transport ? Im moving there in January as an exchange student at FAU i can't wait!!!
Unfortunately public transportation isn’t huge in South Florida. Your best bet would be to buy a monthly Uber/Lyft pass in my opinion
so far I am only impressed with Miami beach. but would like to see Delray and check the burbs one more time before deciding on Miami beach

Great video man. Thinking of our family moving to Boca or Naples
Both are very nice, but different areas. Have you been down here before?

Especially during the summer months, walking anywhere will leave you nice and sweaty! But you can’t beat the beach in December!
what about the fact that you need to be a member of a country club in order to buy the house in it? i heard many available houses require that

I am renting soon in the boca area. Is there a particular unsafe area I should stay away from?
What high schools are there?
West Boca high, Olympic heights, Spanish river high, and Boca Raton High
I LOVE East Boca!!! You didn't mention West Boca, I don't blame you!
I can get behind that
