- Constitutional Body Vs Statutory Body: In this lesson Rahul Agrawal has explained the difference between Constitutional Bodies and Statutory Bodies. Derive both their Origin and powers from Constitution of India. They have special articles mentioned which give references to them. Example CAG is mentioned and derives its powers from article 148. On the other hand, Statutory bodies are established by acts which Parliament and State Legislatures can pass.

Full of knowledge and easily understandtable...
Enjoyed your video, thank you.
But, there is no need to point out a specific person just for the purpose of making your video funny. I am not a congress supporter, but still you should not make fun of anyone, just because you dont like him.
I am sure, he does not make fun of you.
Very well explained but you failed to mention that to set up executive body, it's doesn't need reading and passing the bills in the house and president assent. However, statutory body is passed in the house and there's reading of the bill along the final president consent.
You mentioned just statutory body is made by legislatures and executive body by executive. But both are made by legislatures but the only thing is statutory is pass in the house while executive is not.

What is regulatory and quasi-judicial body?
Regulatory body are those body which are responsible for regulations of administration of any forum , body whether constitutional or statutory ... While quasi judicial body are those body which have judicial power embedded in them .. they can deal with criminal as well as civil cases to a certain jurisdiction ....
The words "INCLUDING RAHUL GANDHI" should not be used in this manner just 2 highlight d matter.
I believe upsc aspirants r not so dumb so as 2 use such examples.

sir.. 1)what is difference between motions and resolution ?
2) what is difference between law and act???
Motion is an input but resolution is the end result or output of any input
Law is broader than act. Law is a universal term itself and act is formed to give the practical sense of a particular law..act is to take action to give effective touch to a law...may be I m not 100% true but it is according to me...
