Any of the sounds of nature are my favorites. I am a watercolor painter and I can forget all the pressing issues by going outside and painting in the woods, at the foot of the mountains, or in the desert terrain where I live (New Mexico USA). I knew I either heard geese or swans…and the soothing sounds of the snowmelt stream is wonderful.

Beautiful countryside. Was that daikon you added to your hot pot? What soup stock did you use? It all looked delicious. Love the funny and different glassware you’ve used…lol “trash pickup”. Can’t wait for the next adventure.
The ingredients for the hot pot are Chinese cabbage, green onions, mushrooms, tofu, and gyoza.
For the soup, I diluted the slightly spicy miso sauce.
It has a lot of vegetables and is very healthy. 👍

Another beautiful video! I really enjoyed the time-lapse pics with the added music, the moon was beautiful. The places that you go to camp are amazing, the mountains were breath-taking. The meal you made looked to die for, it made my mouth water. Which do you prefer, the tent or the van? In my opinion, I enjoy the van more. The sound of the water was very relaxing, thank you for sharing and I will truly be waiting for your next trip.
