Sindhi language is one of the oldest language of south asia, it is the mother of Punjabi, Gujarati, Rajasthani.
The song is pure Sindhi with few urdu words. There is nothing Sindhi hindi or Sindhi Punjabi, perhaps you are talking about Saraiki language which is indeed the mix of Sindhi language and Punjabi. But this song is not in Saraiki but in the Sindhi language.
