We received a package in the mail from a RUclips subscriber and made the decision to wait and open it on a ranch trip. Turns out that was the perfect decision! We love the new sign hanging in the barn and really enjoyed reading Jim's letter.

I live on the KY/TN border near the Cumberland Gap. You all are welcome in my beautiful state of Tennessee anytime.. Recently it has proved to be the more politically stable state. Take care and God bless!

Sierra is a mini Australian Shepherd ... she loves running around the ranch!
Look at Indiana too. It flies under the radar but is a great state to live in for the most part. Lots of good people. Ironically, I am very near to Warsaw, the orthopedic capital of the world. :-)

Tenspeed TheBikeHanger have been to Warsaw, as Zimmer is HDQed there. It all started with Zimmer in the early 1900s, the others broke off from Zimmer. We were told to never talk business in public, because everyone in town worked for one of the three ortho companies😝😝.
Doc, love the John Wayne pic you got from Jim. JW was a favorite of his and mine as well. Btw, I am doing well and still going thru cancer treatment but hanging tough and feeling good hope all is well with you and Beth and the kids. Ranch is looking pretty good from your videos and NICE had to the touch as well. 73s!
