  • I played a Caro Kann Tartakower Variation (this line is really overlooked so book up!) in the third round of a random chess.com rapid tournament set up by the illustrious thechessnerd on RUclips (great channel btw). All my Caro Kann players and 1.e4 players are gonna want to see this. Pawn structure is incredibly important in the Caro Kann Defense and my opponent got baited into giving himself a positionally weak backwards pawn which will struggle to advance past the Caro Kann pawn structure and will be a positional weakness for eternity, Caro Kann forever!!

How much 10+0 do you play? 15+10 players in my experience are much stronger, not just because they have more time to think, but i think the 15+10 rating players are slightly underflated
