    Hi beautiful souls 😍 this is a video series I recorded a few months ago. I'm not back for good, but I thought I would post it now because the information is invaluable. I've posted the time stamps in the description above so you can skip through to parts that interest you the most.
    I hope you enjoy this video ❤️ and thanks to all of you who have expressed support and encouragement to me in regards to my health - I appreciate it more than you know. I'm alive and kicking 😄 and still 100% raw vegan. I am still on this roller coaster of a healing journey, but it's going well, and I look forward to being back on RUclips and sharing my experience and learnings with you all in the future. I love you x

    I am so incredibly grateful to you, Olivia for recommending Mel to me back in March of this year when I messaged you looking for a colon hydrotherapist in Brisbane. This is so informative, thank you. I booked three colonics as my diet was horrendous during lockdown and I have not motivation. On my first colonic all that came out was bubbles like non stop and like only at the end I saw waste. Is it normal to have only bubbles come out and what does that mean? At my next appointment I am going to have the coffee enema. I immediately lost two inches off my waist already and my tastebuds and energy has changed

      @@OliviaBudgen oh cool thank you for your reply - that’s good to know. I got into a bad habit of smoking 4 years ago only for under a year and I read that smoking affects your digestive system and can make it gassy, so it could be that which is insane to know! My therapist said I will see more changes in my next few treatments. I have continued to change my eating habits over the week and have even stopped eating meat which is a big thing for me, no reason behind it other than my tastebuds have changed and I prefer eating whole foods. 🙏🏾

    How many enemas should you do a day ? Like in one session do you do multiple enemas ?

    • @OliviaBudgen
      @OliviaBudgen  3 года назад +1

      It’s different for different people 🙂 and depends on what’s happening with your gut that particular day. With enemas, I generally take in anywhere between 2-3 cups of water in one session, because that works best for my body. I do this about once every 2 days as I struggle with gut issues, and it helps immensely 🙏🏻

    4-8 hour bowel transit time? No chance! Maybe after eating some grapes after a fast... Typically it takes me 16-20 hours, and I'm not sure how I would speed that up, or why it would be better. I consider my no-wipe, 1-per-meal poops to be A+ every time, so the 4-8 hour thing seems off to me.

      Nancy Lynn
      It’s the other way around. Eat raw food more than cooked. Cook food rotten inside of you and caused more crowded junk in your intestine and colon. If your 💩💩💩 smells like a dead body, than mostly your inside is dead. Eat live, plant based food.
