SWEET AND TASTY RECIPE FOR SOFT AND FLOOF PUTU AYU

    PUTU AYU RECIPE
    Material :
    100 gr grated coconut
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 pandan leaf
    60 ml water
    50 gr coconut milk
    1/2 tsp pandan paste
    2 eggs
    100 gr granulated sugar
    1 tsp sp
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp vanilla
    125 gr wheat flour
    How to make :
    1. Pour the grated coconut into a heat-resistant container, add a pinch of salt and stir until evenly mixed, then add pandan leaves to make the coconut more fragrant and steam the coconut for 5-10 minutes.
    2. Cool the grated coconut and take enough coconut as a top for the putu ayu into the mold, press it so that the coconut is slightly solid
    3. Pour water into a container, add thick coconut milk and a little pandan paste then stir until evenly mixed and set aside (wet ingredients)
    4. Prepare the flour, add a little salt and vanilla then stir until evenly mixed (dry ingredients)
    5. Pour the eggs in a large bowl, add the sugar and sp (improving agent) then mix the mixture until it becomes pale white
    6. Pour in the dry and wet ingredients little by little then mix again until evenly distributed, do this again until the dry ingredients are finished and the mixture is thick (for wet ingredients you can adjust the mixture, if the mixture has thickened, don't pour the wet ingredients back in)
    7. Pour the putu ayu mixture into the mold that has been filled with coconut and don't fill it too much
    8. Prepare a heated steamer and steam the putu ayu for -+ 30 minutes. putu ayu is ready to be served
