to fix your shift key jitter. buy the highest % isopropyl alcohol (99% preferably) unplug your keyboard (important) and remove the key cap. soak a qtip in the alcohol and mash it against the key cap. be sure to get it into every crevis and just mash the key a million times making sure to get the alcohol into the switch. then leave keyboard to dry for a few hours i prefer to leave mine upside down so i know liquid doesn't seep to the PCB. boom your key should work again.

Take a Sunday off, take all your keys out and clean regularly.
