Hi, Sorry, you misunderstood it. It just uses aluminum alloy to make external cover of the block (does not touch the waterway). This aluminum alloy is stable and will not chemically react with copper, and it is a good heat dissipation material as well light weight. The inner metal plate (touch the waterway) is copper, so you don't have to worry about copper-aluminum mixing.
