Tip bc the comment underneath me did one: if you have a sore throat have honey, or you can boil water and add honey inside that water, it doesn’t taste pleasant but it will work! You can also try having eucalyptus lollies, idk if Other countries have that but here in Australia we do. Basically it soothes your throat and it really helps, they also taste perfectly fine! Another thing you can do is have a normal lollie with layers on it, if your stomach hurts badly definitely don’t have a lollie but if you do it can add a thick layer in your throat and soothe it, I dont recommended the lollie one if your extremely sick, but you can try! Another thing is that I saw a comment that says you can have milk, but milk is actually something to not have whilst sick, it can bring flem up also starts acid production which is bad, and you can get way more sick. So don’t try milk when sick!

Tip: You shouldn't actually have dry foods if you're coughing and/or your throat is sore/red cause it can make it worse! If you have a bad throat the best thing to do is never have any dry food, sugary foods and oily food.
Basically don’t have foods that irritate your throat or else the soreness can get worse. Ik this is just an rp but for anyone out there please take this advice! :D
Edit: Try warm honey lemon tea (doctors recommend it), warm milk and chocolate can kind of help but if you really want to, try having it with warm milk! That *will* help!

If you have a sore throat,I recommend eating some chocolate,as it soothes the throat and make it feel better,I had croup once and my dad gave me some chocolate (he knows what to do😎) so it can make it feel better for a bit.

@@cgh0119 Try honey lemon tea! Basically warm water with honey and lemon! Almost like warm lemon juice and it’s very common here in Thailand to use that method when you have a sore throat :D

I know its just an roleplay, but if youre sick u should eat sum like soup, lick a bit of honey (idk which one but i think it dosent matter) sleep much, sometimes i also drink tea, get much rest, if its getting worst go to the doctors for a checkup and drink much :) if youre sick rn, i hope ur getting better soon!!

I just love sick days this reminded me of when I threw up 17 times and it was back to school after winter break! I had gone on a trip to somewhere hot so it must’ve been that. Also when you vomit a lot you feel like you could never be in this unfortunate moment! I hate feeling sick I had about 2 naps that day I watched a bit of RUclips but I felt like a different person I felt just like Evie did! 🤮🤢
