Super important to buy a watch with box and papers especially if you are paying cash, i know a case where the seller kept the box and papers later claimed the watch was stolen from him.
How do you check for fakes or franken parts? I noticed you spend a lot of time in places like Hong Kong and visit vintage dealers that are stocked to the roof with with Rolexes and other brands that go for 4-5K a piece. Those watches are decades old. How do you know they are always honest and that you're getting the real deal?
It does matter simple as that
It depends on the watch and the collector's preference. In modern, yes, but in vintage, not so much!
This channel is so underrated. Great stuff.

It does ! Thank you so much !
glad you enjoyed it!
Second hand market, you buy the seller not the item.
