  • Monkey Jungle, a zoological park in the Redland built in the 1930s by the current owner's grandfather, is still drawing tourists and schoolkids. With 400 monkeys and acres of rainforest and other habitat, the tourist attraction cages the people while the animals roam free. Video by Chuck Fadely / Miami Herald Staff

    I visited the Monkey Jungle in the 1960's with my parents. Glad to see they're still caging the right species ;-)

    Took my family here a few years back, and I must say that it was a life changing experience. We were talking about trying to get back down there in the near future. A must do if you are in the area.
