I’ve tried storing stations and it doesn’t store them. There’s no instruction manual or anything online to show how . Picks up signal great but not happy with no instructions. Got it as a Xmas prezzi today and am baffled.
I have one of these radios radios did. One up but now I want to use it and it's saying no station found all I want is to going out how to tune stations back in
Hi David Snider - these radios unfortunately do not come with batteries included. For more information, check them out on our site: www.its.co.uk/pd/DCR019-Dewalt-XR-Compact-Radio-_DEWDCR019.htm www.its.co.uk/pd/DCR020-Dewalt-XR-Compact-DAB-Radio-_DEWDCR020.htm
So let’s get it clear. You can only charge your phone when the radio is plugged into mains. Why not just plug your phone into mains to charge. Now Im out working in remote area I would want to charge my phone off the radio and I cannot. Stupid idea and a waste of money.
I recently got this radio and it's very basic. Bit disappointing but they get smashed up/nicked pretty quickly. Should have bought the makita dab which is much better when I saw a mate with one on site
Our latest video from ITS TV features the DEWALT UK DCR020 & DCR019 Jobsite Radios - a new product for ITS!

Yeah you will have do what I did. Buy a DEWALT DWST1-81079-GB DAB.
It was a very good investment.
I've had two of these and the on off switch goes faulty and works intermitently after a while,

Battiers are cheap lad battery si rechargable dw about it
It has to have a BT and charger function. Very annoying nowadays with phone connection.

All the work that went in to your commentary you missed to most important item.... turn the dam thing on and let us hear it.
I doubt you can leave the phone inside product for it to charge, the cable by the port sticks out to much, wrong orientation, bad design.

Really terrible design decision there
What numbnut engineer made that decision...
Shame it can't do station presets for favourites ... Something you would think this should have!!! ...
