It's all in hard word, consistency and structured execution
I am a 3d artist with 2.5year of experience. I want to switch to product management role. Will that be a viable option for me if I do any course.does company prefer hiring a pm from a design background ?
I too am involved with making delivery schedule and workflow for the whole art pipeline and managing a small team of artist.
Definitely consumer focused i.e B2C companies who have high focus on design like cred will definitely hire PMs from design background
