You need an education on basic free speech law. The reason Alex Jones was successfully sued was because he claimed that school shooting families are lying and encouraged people to harass them, which forced these families to move multiple times, as they received death threats and other types of illegal intimidation thanks to Jones's incitement. By contrast, no one is threatening the families of the victims here or forcing them to move from house to house. This pastor just gave his opinion, which he has every right to do under the First Amendment.
