To the question about Shuri’s braids: No we do not have naturally braided hair. We just braid it up (like everybody else) into tiny or large, long or short braids. Dreadlocks look like natural braids but they too must be twisted regularly to stay locked. These styles protect our hair from breakage & prevent us from having to style it daily with heat (from blow drying, flat ironing, curling, etc.) Our hair is VERY diverse and differs from person to person.

Also the costume is African not Indian. African culture and civilisation predates Indian by 200,000 years. Remember everyone who isn’t black in the world descents from fewer than 100 people who left Africa 100,000 years ago to populate the rest of the world.
I think they were just recognizing the similarities between the cultures.
I know Indians only know about Europeans due to colonialism but surely you are not that ignorant about African hair. Braids and dreadlocks are not natural for Black hair, as you can braid and dreadlock every time of hair, whether Afro, European or Indian. It is just a hairstyle that originates from Africa so a lot of Black people braid their hair to show bride in their African heritage, but I have seen lots of White and Indian people with braided hair. The UK Indian rapper had Braided hair.
Y'all didn't react to my favorite line in this - when they are asking M'Baku for help and he says "one more word and I will feed you to my children" to the white guy and then he says "I'm kidding, we are vegetarians." I legitimately laughed out loud. xD

What about the Blade trilogy and Wesley Snipes? Or Michael Jai White as spawn in 1997?? as someone who grew up with the X-Men movies and the earlier marvel projects before the MCU. It was sad seeing you completely forget about Wesley Snipes as blade. If you were talking about the origin date of the first black panther comics you might be right because there’s 25,000+ comics last time I checked and don’t have the time or money to get into that but when it comes to the movies it just not the case. But it definitely was advertised by the media that way

It just said black panther first black superhero, which is a lie because the first black superhero was lion man. In 1947 not the black panther that came out in the 60s.
