Oh I just thought about a cool mechanic for this mod. First song: Jeff can strike if it hits you it's an instant game over. But you can dodge at anytime so you can just spam the dodge button. Second song: This time you can only dodge when Jeff is about to strike, if you try to dodge while Jeff isn't moving he will take the opportunity and kill you, giving an instant game over. Third song: Same has before. Except Jeff do a fake strike. if he kneels down before attacking then it's a fake strike. If he takes a menacing posture, you need to dodge this one. If you dodge the fake one, you will die. Btw the musics were fricking good for this mod.
I went into this mod expecting it to suck ass, but it turned out to be a shining example of exactly what I want FNF mods to be. No dialogue, no more story than was needed, just 3 jammin' tracks with Jeff the killer as the opponent. And his voice sounds absolutely perfect for his character too. Songs sound great too, perfectly emulating the early 2010s creepypasta music video vibe. Given that Jeff the killer is like the icon of donut steel edgy OCs, I was 100% expecting this mod to be basically a crap-ass fanfic occasionally interuppted by horribly charted off-beat songs, but it wasn't. It was exactly what it needed to be and nothing more. Huge props to the creator. This was delightful.

In the last song, here's some things I noticed! In certain timestamps, There are sounds of a slash, mostly been used in games or movies. In the really clustered notes, it sounds like Jeff is laughing. His style completely changes, probably to throw him off, but failed. There are more left and ups due to the clustered notes. Either to make him look threatening by coming closer or it was just completely unintentional. Unlike the first two songs, the last song doesn't seem to have a reference I don't think. If you listen closely, sometimes in the long notes it sounds like one of his victims are screaming. And sometimes his voice gets more gravely and distorted than it currently is in the long notes. Hard to hear but definetly there. Jeff sounds like he's either getting angry or excited. Both is an option too.

ngl, thought this would have been edgier. with jeff tryin to sound like some demon. but the art style of jeff is awesome, and the songs are low key fire. props to the mod dev. though the audio mixing could do with working on, some parts are extremely quiet, and other way too loud.
Fun fact, despite the story having Jeff cut out his eyelids to prevent sleep, that actually wouldn't work, my memory's rusty on what my psychology teacher told me when I asked her about it, but he'd inevitably end up unconscious/asleep and his body would still perform the rapid eye movement that occurs during sleep, he'd still experience sleep, even though his eyes were permanently open
okay, hear me out - combine the 2012 and 2018 stories of jeff the killer into a single one with slight modification about the burn which would make sense and his story will actually be great

ngl, thought this would have been edgier. with jeff tryin to sound like some demon. but the art style of jeff is awesome, and the songs are low key fire. props to the mod dev. though the audio mixing could do with working on, some parts are extremely quiet, and other way too loud.
Fun fact, despite the story having Jeff cut out his eyelids to prevent sleep, that actually wouldn't work, my memory's rusty on what my psychology teacher told me when I asked her about it, but he'd inevitably end up unconscious/asleep and his body would still perform the rapid eye movement that occurs during sleep, he'd still experience sleep, even though his eyes were permanently open

Dude I used to be so obsessed with Jeff as a kid, I'd get in trouble for watching creepypasta stuff though. But the first song, sweet dreams, brings absolute nostalgia and memories from when he was popular.
Can't wait to see what its left to add in ( according to one of the creators of the mod there is still some things to add )
