I’m an amputee rider but in my left below the knee and its my shifting leg but I’m used to it !!! Kinda scary at first but been riding for 30 years and I can get used to anything. Harley Davidson all the way
do you shift normally or do you have an electric set up? I'm in the same boat, I've ridden a couple dirt bikes and just used my leg to pull up or push down the shifter. I'm thinking about getting my license though and I'm not sure how they will like that at the safety training class we have to do here in FL.
I have now become a bilateral amputee and will be uploading some videos soon about how my bike was modified so I can still ride. Thank you for all your info on being an amputee and a rider.
Im a RBK, I'm still on my first foot, I'm hoping to be on my bike very soon (lost my leg June 2019), thanks for the info, looking forward to seeing more from you.
Thank you for the insight I get my first left below knee prosthetic on Tuesday and I was wondering about this I guess we all got to just do it and figure what works
Hello I am a bilateral double amputee and I wanna get a new Harley and Ride so I appreciated your advice and if you learn anymore about a better foot please let me know because I’m just getting the standard equipment to start with but I start walking this week I go to the physical therapy in in facility training and I’m looking forward to walking again and then riding
Lost my leg to a jackass who hit me head on.. he was in a Ford van, me on my 03 sporty 1200.. lost my LLBTK.. it was great seeing guys riding with Prosthetics on RUclips for the month I was in the ICU but dang I wish there were more vids on riding with a prosthetic and like options riders have.. for example the pingle? Electric shifter since i no longer have a left foot to shift anymore and just seeing people really ride with their prosthetics. But I like the video man. I just got my first leg 3 days ago and I have like the same one as the 2nd leg you showed so thats great hearing you say you like riding with it.
Hey good to see your still up. Lost my left leg above knee and still riding also . Welded a few mods to bring the shifter starboard and bump it with my right knee then use my hand to downshift when approaching lights or signs. Point being will a way . Right ? Thanks for the clip I think more people should be out playing instead of taking the bench .
I just lost my left foot about 6 months ago. I have a 2019 Fatboy. I thought maybe a heel shifter would work when I'm able to ride again. What do you think?
I’m a right leg amputee. I like your video. I have the first leg you displayed. I can’t wait to get my bike and start riding!!!
I’m a double BkE. Going on 3 years now. I ride daily. It’s cool to see you doing g this.

I'm also an amputee, I ride a ninja 300. Thanks for sharing bro

I’m a right leg amputee and I’m not sure if I’m going to be able to use my rear brake on the ninja zxr 4abs?
I'm a new right below knee amputee. And want to ride. How long did you have to wait before you could ride again?
thanks! Great video man! Appreciate it.
Bro I'm also a right leg amputee and i was wondering how do you use your rear brakes because i want to ride my motorcycle again
I use a handlebar leaver underneath the clutch, like a stunt bike
the most expensive leg out their is a robatic leg around 120,000
removed that stupid pin and keep a screwdriver in my sock no more falling off
I am an RBKA rider as well. Thanks for the info. I use a Freedom Innovations Renegade AT and a pin lock as well.
