I made this and bottled today. It has such a lovely flowery essence, no orange flower water was needed. I can't wait to try it in some cocktails! Thank you!

Gotta love those Crew bottles, just got some and, while totally unnecessary, they really are some much nicer. Totally going to try this recipe!

I just made some with Agave Nectar fortifies with Tequila and this stuff is Fantastic! The reason for the Agave is that I’m making a blended Guagamole/Margarita with this as the sweetener.
When I toasted the Avocado seed I added salt and 2 barspoons of Avocado Oil

Glad you liked it. I don’t know if you need to keep every single one but I guess that depends on how many you eat and how fast you go through the syrup. Haha.

Neat, I love new flavor profiles!
Do you have any thoughts on how to make things creamier like the small hand foods version? I found the 12 bottle bar recipe to come off too sharp and sugared for my tastes. I mean...there's pulverizing the nut to powder, but I'm not so sure that's the trick.
PS, made Voodoo Grog for the first time tonight and oh man, new house staple!

Regarding the vodka: at that concentration the alcohol will not be killing anything trying to grow. Having said that, the persin in the avocado pit will probably doing the heavy lifting to that end. I typically see grey threads of stuff growing in my plain simple syrup in the fridge after a few weeks. So im very interested to see how this turns out.
Great video. Inspired me to make my own, which I did today! Tastes very interesting and I swear I may have had some in a tiki drink somewhere before.
    Cheers
