The little snails looks similar to the ones in Thailand, Korea, and Japan. I had some in Osan, South Korea; not bad. Slight fishy taste and then just a bunch of spices they cooked em in. Thx for sharing your meal prep…I love seeing different dishes from all over ❤

Hello, I have not tried Afang soup. I never heard of it until I saw your video. I enjoyed your video. I have tried Egusi Soup with fish and FuFu. I really liked it. I also ate Egusi Soup with chicken. I love African food. Blessings to you and family ❤️
It's not true one must pound Afang. I Am from cross river. My mother comes from Northern cross river state. They don't pound Afang , Believe me it's taste better. Asked the lgbos.
Afang is called Fumbua in Angola where I live, but they cook it with peanuts. I swear Angola people are the same as Efik/Ibibio and Cameroun people, they look exactly the same, same face, same figure. I think Efik/Ibibio are also Bantu ... Angolan ancestors must have migrated from there
