Yes thanks. I wanted something kind of unique. This could also be done with an advanced filter. If i had a lot of data, for sure an advanced filter would be faster, but this training I really wanted to focus on the If/Then statement and for sure we will get to the advanced filter in the near future.

Hello Randy, this is amazing teaching video as always. I saw your video on coauthoring with any version of excel where you created a message box to be sent between different users, I have a suggestion, can you create approval form as well in similar way but on opening, instead of killing it, load its different responses and details to a database. This would be a very useful app for users of Microsoft other than 365.
Hi and thanks for the nice suggestion. I will certainly consider this in the near future. For the approval form, what type of context did you have in mind? Like a Purchase Order approval or something different?
better nested conditions because vba performes all conditions on the way before testing it so the 2th condition perhaps is only valid if the first is true: "if x0 and y>(1/x) then" must be nested

What is difference between "Nested if" and "IF with AND "
Hi and thanks for your comment. In a nested if we can perform some actions with a single condition and then additional actions when the other condition is true. Using the AND statement we can only perform actions when both actions are true.

and 2nd Question is If we add more names is Student list then what will be the code
because loop is 3 to 27 amd end userr is not able to increase it then what will be the code...for 27 become 28 then 29 as we add the more students Names

Hi and thanks the GrpRow is the row of the database or list. Since this video purpose is only to demonstrate the If/Then statement and not to create applications. To learn more about creating full applications please see any one of my hundreds of other videos. I hope this helps and thanks so much.
Good afternoon sir. I have created a database and forms in it using MS Access. My problem is, I cannot find a way to set it in such a way that when i click on the database on my desktop it will open just that form and not open MS Access at All. Any help on this will be greatly appreciated.
