Cabbage - 400 grams
Potatoes - 4
Onion - 3
Tomatoes - 2
Green chilli - 2
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Bay leaves - 2
Black cardamom -1
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder -1.5 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves
Cooking oil -4 tbsp

But she added too much potato n masala.. Cabbage was in very less quantity... Mainly it's potatoes curry with little bit of cabbage.. 😀

This is one of my favorite winter dish.I'm from Bihar and my mom makes spicy dum alu with pattagobi, alu and matar in winters. I love it with steaming rice, daal fry, salad and papad 😊

Ma'am just made this dish 😄 didn't add tomato but added some ghee while frying the masala like u added in chicken dish. It was best cabbage I've made so far. Thank you 🙏
