I’m really confused. What are the gold medals for? I’ve been doing it for ages but don’t know what to do with them?? I actually don’t use Tan Lines. Is it better to use it?

The gold medals use to buy characters in the Quahog Historical Society. Tan lines will have Stewie Bucks. Stewie bucks can use to buy animated creatures and characters in the shop, too.
