Should EVERYONE be Offered Flat Closure?

In this video I'm raising a HOT topic: WHO gets offered flat closure after mastectomy by their surgeons, and how do surgeons decide whether to even bring this option up to patients who are having mastectomies for breast cancer? This is a topic over which you will find much disagreement in the medical community, and so I've chosen a discussion going on "across the pond" in hopes of offering a little more objectivity. The same debate is happening here in the US, however. Hopefully we will see change on this front soon, in the offices of plastic surgeons all over the world.
