My wife and I watched the Ottawa protest on RUclips via live independent videographers. We wanted to see if what the media was saying about violence was true. Being retired, we watched it for hours each day for the better part of the 3 weeks. My son even attended one weekend. What I can say with 100%accuracy is that the protest was the most peaceful one I've ever seen. The story the media, our Prime Minister and Jagmeet Singh told was absolutely blatant and disgraceful lies. I have lost respect completely for all of them. They are disgusting and not deserving of the privelidge to serve this country.

I was born and have lived here in Canada for over 60 years now, but I can assure you that this is no longer my Canada and has been headed down a dangerous slippery path long before Justin Trudeau became prime minister.
Most people only wake up when it affects them personally, and that usually involves financial matters. For myself I have been aware of the path we are heading down for decades because I am a gun owner who has always followed the ever-changing laws regarding firearms. Over the years I have seen increasingly outrageous restrictions and outright bans placed on legal owners while criminals using firearms get a slap on the wrist and are back out on the street through our revolving criminal justice system. I have also become used to being the whipping post to be denigrated as the root cause of all evil in Canadian society because I own and enjoy firearms.
Up until Covid, the government's hatred and control has been focused on gun owners. However we have started to see that shift to other groups now. It is now applicable to those who oppose lockdown restrictions and vaccine mandates. Just around the corner will be those who own internal combustion powered vehicles, especially V8 engines like my collector cars.
The government has become very adept at using these issues as wedges to divide and conquer the population. It allows them to denigrate those who do not agree with their positions, and garner more support and votes at the same time. The mainstream media plays a key role in this as well, but then what do you expect when they received a bailout package of over half a billion dollars from the Trudeau government.
Along with being called racist and misogynist, the government has now moved into the realm of being very vindictive and imposing what can only be described as punitive measures on those who publicly criticize them and disagree with their position. This should be of serious concern to everyone in Canada, but sadly it is not because the majority are sheep who just follow along with what they are told. Most people cannot independently think outside of their small shoebox world.
And make no mistake, the seed has already been sown to influence society to hate capitalism and those who have worked hard and accumulated wealth. Down the road I can see myself being someone that the government picks on because of what I have, and the brainwashed sheep will be cheering on. And for the record, I do not consider myself to be anywhere near filthy rich.
I do not want to be extremist or a conspiracy theorist, but this is how communism throughout history has started.
My observation has been that the majority of sheep desire the government to tell them what to do and what they cannot do. Freedom for most means the ability to purchase a case of beer and be able to drink it while watching a hockey game on television.
I have always said that what government is not some benevolent organization with the best interests of people at heart, but rather about monitoring and controlling the people. And in case you think I'm some nutbar, I hold a business degree and am a CPA who spent the last 20 years of my career working in a management level position with the federal government.

@@truestory923 I do not agree totally with your conclusion about those who see the reality having a bunch of letters behind their name like I do. Many of those I worked with who also had letters behind their names were some of the most blind sheep.
There are many working class folks, like my family origins, who have been aware of the reality and the slippery slope for some time. These are just ordinary people trying to make a living and get ahead while facing increasing taxes and a government that seems to despise true freedom and independent thinking which goes against the accepted narrative.
I guess the bottom line is really the fact that intelligence cannot be measured by education level achieved. These days I seem to share more in common with working class and trades people than I do fellow CPAs.
Oh, and by the way, I was a young lad when Justin's father, Pierre Elliott Trudeau, invoked the war measures act during the FLQ October crisis. My parents who had lived through the real war of world war II were unimpressed and uncomfortable. My grandparents who had lived through two world wars were very unimpressed to say the least.

@@Timithos To be clear, I was speaking of the supporters cheering the politicians on who are the ignorant blind ones. It's fine to hate the evil politicians, but the ones who should really be feared are the masses behind them cheering.
During 1930s Germany it was the ignorant blind masses who turned neighbors and relatives into the authorities along with participating in events like Krystalnacht. Right now those masses are restrained because the politicians have not unleashed the full authoritarian power yet, but once that occurs those masses will be the ones committing the acts of violence against those who do not buy into the narrative. If you look at online posts from those cheering supporters now you can see the hatred they hold just below the surface. And the reason that many of those people are against citizens owning firearms is because they project their own inner self on others since they know they cannot control their emotions to the point where they would feel unsafe having a firearm. Consider how that would play out if they were part of an unrestrained crowd.
A single evil leader carrying on like a crazed madman is to be laughed at. However when the brainwashed masses of sheep start flocking behind that evil leader with that blind look in their eyes, your blood should run cold.
I prefer not to delve into conspiracy theories but rather examine the facts we see before us. History clearly shows what seeds being sown now end up growing into. That's the thing that scares me because history does repeat itself.

Particularly long-range hunting rifles: with telescopic sights) But again: why do people put up with it? * Australia's biggest bank recently refused me access to my bank-account (for reasons you wouldn't believe). But the moment I suggested a 'shotgun withdrawal' might be called for I was served! The idea arises: What if 5000 truckies with shotguns walked into the banks and demanded to empty and close their accounts what could ANYONE (including the police-force!) do?

Fuellmich and Oehler both describe a series of puppets that the WEF has trained to help carry out these missions under the WEF "Young Global Leader" program, which started in 1993. Such people have gone on to become Presidents, Prime Ministers, and CEOs. These include some of the key players in this pandemic and vaccination effort:
      • Microsoft founder Bill Gates (1993)
      • California Governor Gavin Newsom (selected in 2005)
      • Pete Buttigieg (selected in 2019, candidate for US President in 2020, US secretary of transportation since 2021)
      • Stéphane Bancel (Moderna CEO; selected in 2009)
      • Facebook founder and CEO Mark Zuckerberg (2009)
      • Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg (2007)
      • Google co-founders Sergey Brin and Larry Page (2002/2005)
      • Covid Twitter personality Eric Feigl-Ding (a ‘WEF Global Shaper‘ since 2013)
      • New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern (since 2017, selected in 2014)
      • Australian Health Minister Greg Hunt (selected in 2003; former WEF strategy director)
      • Canadian Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland (selected in 2001; former managing director of Reuters)
      • Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau is a WEF participant but is not a confirmed Young Global Leader
      • German Chancellor Angela Merkel (selected in 1993, 12 years before becoming Chancellor)
      • Current German Health Minister Jens Spahn and former Health Ministers Philipp Roesler and Daniel Bahr
      • EU Commission Presidents Jose Manuel Barroso (2004-2014, selected in 1993) and Jean-Claude Juncker (2014-2019, selected in 1995)
      • French President Emanuel Macron (since 2017, selected in 2016),
      • Former French President Nicolas Sarkozy (2007-2012, selected in 1993),
      • Austrian Chancellor Sebastian Kurz
      • Former Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi (2014-2016, selected in 2012),
      • Former Spanish Prime Minister Jose Maria Aznar (1996-2004, selected in 1993)
      • Dr. Rajiv Shah, President of the Rockefeller Foundation
      ---
"Not just individuals, but corporations as well"... 99% of the WEF's power comes from its member corporations, which are not just "several", but over 1,000 of the world's most powerful corporations! The "young global leaders" are just the means to an end for the agenda. The agenda is a totalitarian global oligarchy where governments as we know them become obsolete and get replaced by a global corporate technocracy where corporations both own and rule everything. And by everything I mean EVERYTHING. Look it up for yourself! The WEF even openly brags about it. They even put out promotion videos showing how in the future, you will rent absolutely everything and, in their own words: "You will own nothing and you will be happy." Go and do some research on it. Share this everywhere -with everyone!

I did not find much peace when I got there it was a fight right from the start all the way through and up to the end, it was an education in life boots on the ground.
I spent half my life trying to forget what happened back then only to realize what a journey it all was and will probably spend the rest of my life trying to remember THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS 1967 the last year in Europe was like a horror film.
I am surprised I survived but looking back now I can see that to me Germany was one of the highlights in a life full of the mysteries that history holds.
I would like to return and do it all over just film it this time.
Best wishes to the German people you had me afraid back then but now I see it was a tradition like Halloween and Christmas in one.
I had the time of my life.
    Your truly
    Best wishes
    &
    Regards

The thing is in Canada people assumed they were free,so it was a mute point until Trudeau came into power. The funniest and saddest part of all of this is if we were to follow his rules retroactively Trudeau would not be able to travel to the US or any other country that outlaws marijuana. He openly admitted he smoked it and that is why he made it legal but there is more he was accused of sexual assault so our law abiding Prime Minister wouldn’t be able to travel. His deputy prime minister would not be allowed because of her involvement with protests where she was asked to leave the countries and not to go back. There are many others in his cabinet with questionable pasts as well so I guess none of them would be in the positions they hold.
Another thing the majority of the population did not vote for him but in Canada it’s the seat that count.

Committee members asked who would become the owner of the forfeited property and assets in that scenario and what would happen to lenders or financial institutions, we were simply told “the World Debt Reset program will handle all of the details”. Several committee members also questioned what would happen to individuals if they refused to participate in the World Debt Reset program, or the HealthPass, or the vaccination schedule, and the answer we got was very troubling. Essentially we were told it was our duty to make sure we came up with a plan to ensure that would never happen. We were told it was in the individuals best interest to participate. When several committee members pushed relentlessly to get an answer we were told that those who refused would first live under the lock down restrictions indefinitely. And that over a short period of time as more Canadians transitioned into the debt forgiveness program, the ones who refused to participate would be deemed a public safety risk and would be relocated into isolation facilities. Once in those facilities they would be given two options, participate in the debt forgiveness program and be released, or stay indefinitely in the isolation facility under the classification of a serious public health risk and have all their assets seized.
So as you can imagine after hearing all of this it turned into quite the heated discussion and escalated beyond anything I’ve ever witnessed before. In the end it was implied by the PMO that the whole agenda will move forward no matter who agrees with it or not. That it wont just be Canada but in fact all nations will have similar roadmaps and agendas. That we need to take advantage of the situations before us to promote change on a grander scale for the betterment of everyone. The members who were opposed and ones who brought up key issues that would arise from such a thing were completely ignored. Our opinions and concerns were ignored. We were simply told to just do it.
All I know is that I don’t like it and I think its going to place Canadians into a dark future.

Freedoms have to come from somewhere, and the people in power certainly don't believe they come from God. Any diluted language about some other abstract source of freedom can never be satisfying. Society wouldn't work at all if everyone just did what they wanted, so the only other option is that freedoms come from those in power - and that suits the kind of people who want to become politicians in the first place just fine. This is retardation, degeneracy and decline in action, and the boiling point is near.

I like this notion that some empty suit government official is going to determine your rights. Nope.
I am Canadian, still living in Canada. The old saying that people get the government they deserve is on display here. Somehow our current PM keeps getting himself re-elected, if only barely. While there are many fellow Canadians who see this for the problem it is, there are just as many who are sound asleep to reality.
Most seem to have lost the ability to think critically. Their world-view is determined solely by what the legacy media tells them, or Fakebook. The Liberal government has spent close to a billion dollars buying the consent of this media (and much more if you stop to add in the black hole that is the CBC). I've seen video of Trudeau himself arrogantly making the obvious, to anyone with a brain, connection that all that money has bought him favourable news coverage.
The recent health crisis has made clear how malleable people's opinions are, and how divorced from concrete evidence they can be.
The upshot to all of this is, I have made my decision to leave Canada in the next ~12 months. This might be the government that Canadians deserve, but it is most certainly not the government I deserve. The trend is your friend. Trudeau and his band of WEF puppets will continue to erode personal freedoms in Canada. The average Canadian will applaud it because it targets people they don't like. One day soon they will find themselves the target of this same tyranny and, because they didn't defend their "enemy" when they were the first casualty, there will be no one to defend them. I will be watching it all unfold for a sunny beach.

My current goal is one extra 1st tier passport (likely Portugal), and one 2nd tier passport (looking at Turkey), along with 2 permanent residencies in countries I would actually like to spend time (UAE and Mexico). From there, you spread your money around to different places and asset classes. Online income sources.

wow, I'm Canadian ,, born in Ottawa ,but I lived in Australia with my then husband since 1982 ,, now I've been divorced for around 5 yrs or so ,, but because I now live alone , and with no family here , I'm 71 yrs old ,, and very homesick and lonely ,, and even though I 've been back in Canada Ottawa a few times since then ,,, but now I want to move back to Ottawa where all my family is ,, but the more I look into it the more scared and worried I'm becoming , if I have a small 'asset' after I sell my little house here ,, I hear that Canada will probably tax me on my assets for around 40% which leaves me with very little left ,, even though I'm on the Pension , that's something else that I came to realize that after the currency differences , my pension would be down to almost 3/4 of what it is now ,,, so I'm very worried on how I will survive in my own home town Ottawa ,,, I'm feeling more and more disappointed as to is happening in Canada ,,, but I also realize that the Globalist or Freemasonry has got a grip on Canada thanks to Trudeau who is nothing more than a puppet to them ,, I think Canada is becoming more and more afraid as to how to react to what they are seeing ,,, The freemasonry is trying to bring in their one world Government ,, among other systems which people will have no choice about it ,,, I've been studying a great deal for many years on many Christian prophecies ,, and even prophecies coming from the Freemasonry themselves ,, what we see happening now is no accident , even the virus was planned ,,, beware , they are preparing the population for the entry of the antichrist ,, and people everywhere will be brought under a slavery rules , anyway ,,, I 'm very much heartbroken to see what IS HAPPENING TO Canada ,,, AND I'm AFRAID THINGS WILL GET VERY DIFFICULT FOR ALL CONCERNS ,, THE globalists' WORKS UNDER THE "UN",,,BUT THEN AGAIN ,, THE globalist's IS CONTROLLING THAT OUTCOME WHERE ALL COUNTRIES ARE CONCERNED ,, PEOPLE, YOU NEED TO PRAY TO GOD FOR His HELP , BECAUSE HE CANNOT HELP YOU IF YOU TURN YOUR BACK ON Him ,, GET IT ,, In any case I'm now starting to have second thoughts about returning back to Ottawa ,,,,, Trudeau has to be taken out ,,, and his cabinet , because things will only get worse ,, and you can kiss your freedom out the window ,,,

As I watched Russia arresting protestors this week, I struggle to see how Canada can say it is a free nation under Trudeau. Canada's PM suspended parliament; invoked its war act; journalists were arrested, banned from filming and one shot with a baton round; protestors referred to in derogatory terms; and their accounts frozen. Which of these events have occurred in Russia, which is fighting an actual war, albeit of its own instigation?

Canada is controlled by Klaus Schwab and his globalist minions like Trudeau, Freedland and more than half of the parliament. The Russians have to eliminate the oligarchs and the Canadians the WEF metastases.
