How to Get Lost Dorm Items Back From THE VOID

- If you tried to place an item down in your dorm and can't seem to get it back, fear not! The devs implemented a way to retrieve your items called the Placed Furniture Explorer! Here's how to use it.

ALSO:If you can’t find it all and it not showing up in your inventory or you can’t find in your room. And you don’t have the remote, try resetting your avatar. It should pop back up.

EDIT: THERE IS CURRENTLY A HUGE BUG WHERE SOMETIMES ITEMS DON'T SHOW UP IN PLACED FURNITURE EXPLORER. When this happens, REJOIN. It might not pop up the first time you rejoin. It may take a few tries. But it WILL eventually pop up, YOU HAVE NOT LOST YOUR DIAMONDS.
Commenting to add: sometimes when an item disappears right after you click on it, moving your dorm to another spot can actually fix it. Try this before the Placed Furniture Explorer, it might save you a lot of stress!

Hi! What recording website do u use? Also, I bought a vanity, and I dont know what happened to it. When I click on things in my inventory, it gives me an option to buy it, not to place it somewhere, even if I already spent my diamonds on it. It says 0/1 on it, even if I already bought it.
Follow the instructions in the video and you should be able to get it back :)
For recording, I currently use OBS. For the video you commented on, at the time I was using Xbox Game Bar.

This is a current bug with the new dorms. Keep rejoining, it will eventually pop up.

This has been a problem since the new dorm update dropped - I also lost a piece of garland when I was building my wreath the other day. It eventually turned up after I server hopped, but I think I just got lucky.

Has it turned up yet? There's been a bug since the dorms update where sometimes items go to the void but don't show up in Placed Furniture Explorer, but they will eventually turn up after moving your dorm or rejoining.
I just bought my first bed, and it took 3,000 diamonds from me. It’s not in my lost and found, and it says 0/1 at the top of the item what’s happening 😭😭😭😭

Make sure you are dragging the item out of the inventory menu. Don't just click it then click where you want to place it. Click and hold and drag.

Unfortunately there's been a bug recently with items getting SERIOUSLY lost in the void. Sometimes moving your dorm to another door fixes it, but if not, try rejoining. I lost a garland last week and it turned up after a few rejoins.

Unfortunately no :( But a toothbrush can be used for creative building, such as using it as the handle for a frying pan or wooden spoon! :)

Try moving your dorm to another spot, it may reappear!

Try rejoining. It will eventually show up in the dorm. It's a bug that started when they updated the dorms for Glitterfrost.
