I enjoyed this drive, but really like to see more of downtown San Mateo, what you are showing is how much San Mateo has grown in newer parts from old horse racing field. How about showing some the of older parts of San Mateo, those are what people are interested in, especially Delware St. from 19th towards town.

Wow! I grew up in Belmont and Foster City and went to high school in San Mateo in the 1970s, but I haven’t been back in 20 years. I haven’t seen this development befote of an entire new neighborhood where the old Bay Meadows race track used to be. Amazing. How much for one of those Yates Way townhouses?
Great videos you put out there, thank you! Personally though I'm not a big fan of the music, would much rather just appreciate the driving/street noise to make the whole experience more authentic! I don't feel the vibe of the locations when there's music, but I really appreciate all the work you put into uploading! Have a great day!

This neighborhood goes for around $2M on average.
Wow! That’s why I never go back! These are homes with no lots and two blocks from the freeway noise. They should be affordable.
