It's nice to see features making their way from multi-needle machines to single-needle domestic embroidery machines. My embroidery machine doesn't have a free arm, but I think for a simple garment like a shirt or hoodie I'd just split a seam, do the embroidery, then sew it back up. For something with more complicated construction like a jacket, though, this type of feature would really pay off!
