    So the word: РАЗВЕ[Razvye] is less emotional than
    НЕУЖЕЛИ[Neeuzheli], and НЕУЖЕЛИ[Neeuzheli] is more emotional.
    That is the first difference. Second point is, РАЗВЕ[Razvye] can express an interest as surprise or a doubt.
    РАЗВЕ[Razvye]- {Less emotional} a particle that can express an interest, a surprise or a doubt.
    Example:
    Пример:
    [Primyer]

    Have you already finished working?[Doubt]
    Разве ты уже закончил работать?
    Razvye ty uzhe zakonchil rabotat'?

    Has he already got married?
    [So it is a surprising fact for me. It's news for me. I haven't known about it.
    Разве он женился?
    Razvye on zhenilsya?

    Don’t you understand it? [surprise]
    Разве ты это не понимаешь?
    Razvye ty eta nee panimayesh'?

    Hello dear friends! Welcome to my You tube channel “Russian for everybody”!
    Здравствуйте дорогие друзья! Добро пожаловать на мой youtube канал- “Russian for everybody”.
    Zdravstvuyte dorogiye druz'ya! Dobro pozhalovat' na moy youtube kanal- “Russian for everybody”.
    And today I have a special topic for you : how to express
    your interest, your surprise or doubt in something that
    another speaker tells you in English. It's very simple. You just
    need to use the word “really” as it so and Russian is not so simple.
    in Russian language we have two question words that can be used
    instead of English word “really”.
    It is:
    РАЗВЕ[Razvye]
    And
    НЕУЖЕЛИ[Neeuzheli]

    So how the Russian native speakers use these words?
    Let's find out :
    So, as i told you both these words can be translated into
    English like “really”. For example: “Really is it so ?”
    And we use them like question words, like:
    -Where?
    Где? [Gdye]
    -Where to?
    Куда? [Kuda?]
    -Where from?
    Откуда? [Atkuda?]
    Why
    Почему? [Pacheemu?]
    -Because of what ?
    Отчего? [Atcheevo]
    -What for?[for what purpose]
    Зачем? [Zachyem]
    -Who?
    Кто? [Kto?]
    -What?
    Что? [Shto?]

    В русском языке очень много таких слов... Неужели, разве, правда, серьезно, да ну, да ты что, это так. Очень трудный язык!

    Let's talk about another examples. Maybe next examples will help you to understand that this particle small. So particle РАЗВЕ[Razvye], we used when the speaker things differently or otherwise.
    ♫ ♫
    For example, we have a dialogue:

    -So Ivan will be in Moscow on Saturday.
    Иван будет в Москве в субботу.
    Ivan budet v Maskve v subbotu.

    -[Really?] And i was sure that he will come only in a week.
    {=I was thinking differently}
    Разве? А Я была уверена, что он приедет только через неделю.{=Я думала по-другому.}
    Razvye? A YA byla uverena, chto on priyedet tol'ka cherez nedelyu.{=YA dumala pa-drugomu.}
    ➟★
    It means that I thought differently. I thought differently of and my point of view was different from the information that you give me now.
    Two different contrasting opinions.

    And the word [НЕУЖЕЛИ[Neeuzheli] we use when it’s difficult for the speaker to believe in something, for him it sounds impossible.
    Like the same dialogue I started :

    Ivan will be in Moscow on Saturday.
    Иван будет в Москве в субботу.
    Ivan budet v Maskve v subbotu.

    Really? Wonderful news! Frankly speaking I didn’t think that he would be able to come.{=It’s very difficult for me to believe in it}
    Неужели? Прекрасная новость Честно говоря, Я не думала, что он сможет приехать.
    =Мне трудно в это поверить.
    Neuzheli? Prekrasnaya novast' Chestna gavarya, YA ne dumala, chto on smozhet priyekhat'.
    =Mne trudna v eta paverit'.
    ➟★
    Of course, for many speakers it sounds almost the same when you talk about РАЗВЕ[Razvye] and НЕУЖЕЛИ[Neeuzheli], but as you see
    here we have a little bit different intentions. And if you see; if you look close at these examples maybe you will see the difference.
