From my life Czechoslovakia :Year 1982 price of a cooperative apartment 35 thousand+ (annuity) = 17 of my salaries at that time (Little Pitaval part 2) .1989 I had an offer for an apartment I would have to pay 100 thousand + annuity = my 35 salaries at that time I did not do it ,year 1993 purchase of a small older apartment for 130 (for a mosquito it cost 18000) thousand half saved the other half was lent to me by my father , paid off in a year... year 2022 my niece bought the same size apartment without a balcony for 2.5 million + 2.5 overpaid mortgage for 30 years (balcony price 0.5 million)= about 200 of their salaries (estimate) how can young people vote for today's IDIOTS( rent year 93 = 400 CZK today if I rent it today = 12 thousand) and I won't talk about houses for a song from the Bolshevik at all, a loan of 250 thousand (1987) and an installment of 600 crowns up to 60 years at a friend's = house 7 + 2 booze 20(2.50 one) beers + cigarettes (7 Kčs) +5xrum (6 Kčs)=80 Kčs today 1600 CZK (50+150+50) ... Men were in the pub every day ---pubs packed food 10-20 Kčs at work 5 Kčs salary 1985 2500 today 25000-35000 ordinary people ..... outside Prague(selected from the internet) My father built the house in 1974-77 with a salary of 1500 crowns. I met a friend, one is paying 300, the other 360 crowns from a Bolshevik loan... Advertisement today : Electricity is introduced in the garage + deduction hours. Dimensions: length 9.1m; width 3.4m; height 3.6m; gate 3x3m; a total of 31m sq. m. Rental price 3 500 CZK/month. Garages are also for sale for the price of CZK 890,000, those were prefabricated parts from Kuřim for CZK 10,000, maybe even less
