War established a historic record of having the highest opening day collection made by a Bollywood Film in India of over 53.35 crores net domestically in India. It became the biggest Blockbuster and the highest grossing Indian Film of 2019 and one of the highest grossing Indian films of all time.

I remember watching Anand l rai interview before zero released and he sounded so confident eventually the film turned out to be shit. Really really hope srk has learned a lesson he has to do good films. Fingers crossed. SRK is a brand , he has a legacy but unfortunately his choice of films, directors and scripts is so terrible that until unless the film releases I'm really nervous for pathan . SRK has to understand that he has to select good scripts and I hope pathan is a good film 🙌
Shah Rukh is the biggest star in india but unfortunately in the wrong industry. There are only few filmmakers in Bollywood who can make good films which are commercially viable and accepted by audience universally. I can only think of rohit shetty, Sanjay Leela Bhansali and Raju hirani. Of these 3 rohit Shetty's quality of films have diminished with films like sooryavanshi and circus . He no longer is the director who made films like golmal , all the best , Singham 1 , Chennai express, bol bachan which were so good . Which leaves us with 2 film makers of which Sanjay Leela Bhansali doesn't work with SRK and finally SRK is working with the Raju hirani. Except these directors I don't think any one can do justice to shahruks stardom. I just don't trust anyone from Bollywood who can make a good film when they have a star like SRK and do justice to his stardom . Also SRK himself doesn't necessarily concentrate on the scripts of his films as a result the last 6 years have been terrible for him. I just don't trust any director from bollywood. Yash Chopra, karan johar , mani ratnam are quality film makers who delivered good films with SRK but since SRK can't be a lover boy he cannot work with Karan Johar . Srk was rejected by the audience in the last 6 years because of the quality of his movies . Either he has to work with the best of the film makers or make concious attempt to work on good scripts and I really hope pathan delivers . I am confident of jawan and Dunki because it has good film makers who genuinely realise how important it is to make a good film
