Like 2.5 weeks ago i spent an entire day hard mewing. Prior to that i had only soft mewed for like 1-2 hours a day inconsistently. This day i spent hard mewing i turned out to be exhausted and thirsty. I needed water every second. Even when i was trying to sleep i was forcing myself to mew hard and soft and could barely sleep that day. The next day i only soft mewed for like an hour mostly because i was too exhausted but then the next day after i was mewing hard and soft without even thinking about it. I can now mew in my sleep, i mew all day pretty much and i also started eating like Dr. Mew says. Its actually pretty addicting to mew. During the first two weeks because i was mewing so hard i had some new asymmetry forming on my face, my left eye was higher than my right eye by like 0.5cm i got scared so i did some research and the two main reasons is because of posture, because the muscles in the back of the neck maybe uneven, as in one might not be trained enough and the other reason was for the tongue positioning. It wasnt tongue position so i did some exercises that train the neck muscles and that seemed to work. I wont say what the exercises are, if you do your research you can find them and i want to keep my advantage as long as possible because the neck exercises i do are actually a more efficient way of mewing because they focus on the neck muscles. Anyways my asymmetry is almost gone but the results are still here. In the past 2.5 weeks i have gotten more results than in the past 4 months of inconsistent soft mewing. I get compliments and my mom and sis tell me i look more handsome and better ( my sis always calls me ugly so this is new for her ). I wanted to share this cuz this is fking legit and mewing prob eliminated my insecurity of recessed jaw.
