One reason Heartland is so popular is family can watch it. I know sex sells, up to a point. After a time most are looking for a story, for clean entertainment. Too many shows on TV are so similar in content, they become boring. I cannot stand to watch most soaps, they are pretty well the same. Heartland shows people with values and integrity. Grandma can watch these shows with grandchildren and all can enjoy. Way to go Canada!!!
