Thank you Peter for putting the projector on this highly underrated line. I started wearing the original in 1996 and it's been my signature scent for years. Your review makes me want to test the others.
Love that you’re covering this line. My dad only ever wore the Eau Pour Homme. I have like 8 backup bottles so I can always remember that smell. I wear it regularly myself also!
I excellent! It's always been my signature. Although I have a few signatures. I have 3 bottles. I envy your 8. That's a special way of remembering your father
Thanks for uploading this video my friend. Armani Eau Pour Homme used to be my signature in the late 90's, the drydown was of vetiver and woods, heavenly! I now have three bottles, two are the original, but not as powerful as the 80's and 90's ones, and I have the 2013. You're right, the current formulation is almost identical in smell, I would say 95%, but a more airy and less longevity. Also, about Eau de cedre, I've always been intrigued by that one. This is a totally underrated line.
I have Eau de Nuit and the Oud one, both are great. I have tried the original but its similar to other traditional masculine that I already have so didnt pick it up. I would like to try the others from this line at some point.
Armani eau pour homme i first got a bottle of that in the early 90s and it was pretty much my signature scent all through the 90s until i discovered gucci envy which became my favourite, I brought armani eau pour homme again about 2 years ago and still own it, I would say it's almost the same as it was in the early 90s but not quite, it was never a big performer but there was something sexy about it women liked it in the 90s, now it seems to be a bit dated and a bit more artificial smelling than it did back in the 90s, the dated is understandable with so much modern stuff that's come since but i swear there was something natural in the old bottles that isn't in the new, I don't know notes well enough to say if it was the oakmoss that was real then or if it was a natural type of lemon that was used then etc but there's definitely something in the old bottles that was different to the one i have now it's not just that I'm now 50 years old lol it might be tho 😂
Great review. Try to get your hands on the original version, it is just heavenly. The original version was more dense and mossy and the 2013 a lil brighter with clove being the prominent note. I so regret not buying it when I could back in the day. It must be included in the holy grail of fragrances. Its a timeless barbershop blend in my opinion. Its next to impossible to find in India. Please Armani re-release it.
@@ScentTrail love you brother, i used to own it, but I sold it off few years back, such a rookie mistake. now I cant find it anywhere :( ruclips.net/video/Qutmvh3x-Jk/видео.html
Hey is there a way to see a difference in bottles for the pour homme that is made after 2013? I heared after 2013 is more close to the 1984 one then the pre 2013 versions
The vintage has slightly rounded shoulders, and the footing is black. The base of the cap is gold on vintage vs. silver. the base on newer batches is also silver. Thanks for watching 🤜
Finally someone covered this beautiful line! Thanks my man.
Im glad you agree 😃

I also have the JV Oud and tbh the Eau de Nuit Oud is not that similar imo. It definitely isn't redundant to own both.

Greetings of the day
how to reach You in case I wanna buy the product ?
I do not sell any products. Perhaps in the future.
Im just an enthusiast sharing my passion. Thank you for your time and for watching my videos .
Are they discontinued or are they imported to the US from a different country?
I did have to piece them together from all around. It was fun hunting them down. 😆
Fragrancebuy.ca is a good place to start 🤙
Which Acqua Di Parma would you say Eau Pour Homme smells the most like?
It isn't as much a smell like as it is a reminds me of. But since you asked, I'd say, "colonia or Ezzensa.
