Hitch Dreyse unexpectedly reunites with Annie Leonhart and helps her escape the ruins of Trost District following the collapse of the Walls and the march of the Wall Titans. Annie explains the complex feelings that brought her this far and how the one thing she wants to do now is reunite with her father. Leonhart, however, has problems of his own as he and the other Eldians in Liberio's internment zone try convincing the guards of the imminent rumbling to no avail.
Meanwhile, Armin Arlelt and Gabi Braun try catching up with Conny Springer before he can sacrifice Falco Grice to make his mother human again. Floch solidifies his control over what remains of Paradis Island's military, explaining that Eren Jaeger confided his plans to him ten months ago. Outside Shiganshina District, Hange Zoë approaches Pieck Finger and Theo Magath to talk.

Isn't it crazy that in this episode, Annie & Conny are basically in the same shoe and yet one is getting more hate over the other.
Annie wants to get back to her father and she literally said that she's willing to murder even more people just to achieve that. No one bats an eye.
Conny wants to bring back his mother, the only family he has left after basically losing the rest of his family (Sasha included) by killing one named character. Everyone loses their shit 🤔🤔🤔
The sacrifice is too great, but there is one thing - Eren thinks in slightly different categories. What he could sacrifice and what he couldn’t, that’s how he thinks.
Could he have sacrificed his loved ones (consciously, we are not talking about random victims now, but about a conscious choice of such a path)? No, his goal is to save them, so this option simply contradicts his goals.
Could he sacrifice those he doesn’t know? Yes, because it does not defeat his purpose, even though it is immoral. Somehow this is how it worked out in his head.
Any other option implied a conscious sacrifice by someone close. The same plan with preserving the power of the Titans - it would be necessary to transfer the Beast-like Titan to Historia, as a bearer of royal blood, and as a result, her life would become many times shorter, like the lives of her children.
And again, to continue this whole story with eating for the sake of transferring power... This is not what Eren wanted for his friends, definitely.
Again, Eren would have to transfer his power to someone, and most likely to one of his friends, because he can’t trust anyone with the safety of the island, but he wants his loved ones to live a long life, so that’s not an option.

On the one hand, he really could just sit and do nothing and live happily ever after, as Flock said. Eren provided such a future for them. No more Titans, no reconnaissance, no wars with enemies from outside... But on the other hand, he has a conscience.
When the familiar world collapses, everyone goes crazy. There is a restructuring of life guidelines, and during chaos, on the sly, you can snatch something to your advantage, which is what Connie did.

About the scene where Falco says he dated Connie. Falco is now the owner of the Jaw Titan, and its previous owner was Ymir, who trained with Connie and the guys. Therefore, Ymir's memories were transferred to Falco.

Flock himself is just a good fighter and nothing more, but when behind his slogans is someone with the power of Eren... I think you understand, people from the island really can believe in anything in this situation, the law of force always works, anyway...

It is hard to judge Eren from a perspective of a regular viewer or any character from the show, he is a unique human being who knows the past, the present and the future, the burden is enormous, and I guess until the very last movie we would not know his true feelings and thoughts on everything he is doing, but it is very interesting to watch how different characters reflect on his actions, especially scouts, warriors and jeagerists :)
