Hange Zoë and Levi Ackermann establish an agreement to work together with Theo Magath and Pieck Finger. Meanwhile, Armin Arlelt tries to save Falco Grice from Conny Springer's attempt to feed him to his mother's Titan in order to restore her humanity. Realizing that Armin means to sacrifice himself instead, Conny drops Falco to save Armin and the two reconcile with Conny resolving to save others and become a soldier his mother would be proud of.
Back in Shiganshina District, Floch Forster begins the execution proceedings for Yelena and Onyankopon, and reads out their crimes against the Eldian Empire. Onyankopon tries appealing to Jean Kirschtein for understanding, and Jean takes out a gun, firing four times. This turns out to be a signal and the Cart Titan charges in and escapes after snatching Jean and the captives in its mouth. At the same time the Jaegerist soldiers are distracted by the Cart Titan, Armin and his group escape out the other side of the fort, taking wagons of supplies with them.

The scouts were partly made into killers, in order to make them equal in the plot to the warriors of Marley. Eren is right about something, they really are the same and in my opinion this is what the anime is about. In any conflict, ordinary civilians are the same on different sides, ordinary military personnel are also not very different on different sides...
Yes, Flock is a fierce radical, of course, but about Erwin... Remember how many people were killed saving Eren in season 3. There were those who simply served in the police, and not in intelligence, so hell would know how he acted in the current circumstances. He sacrificed his soldiers only for the sake of victory, and when it was unclear where his own was and where was someone else’s...
But in any case, because... Erwin simply did not live to see the turmoil in season 4; he is remembered as a much more correct and brighter character than Flock...
To be honest, I can’t even imagine how Erwin would behave in such a situation... I think if he were alive, he would have ordered the launch of the Rumble of the Earth, but solely to intimidate the enemy, he would have placed the Titans on the coasts of other countries, again fencing the island, but so, so that everyone would see, as a reminder... Well, or make peace with Marley, their position in the war at the beginning of season 4 was very precarious. In fact, I would be very interested to see his political debates with the same Willie Tiber.
But again, this would not bring the peace that Eren dreams of, and the power of the Titans would still be transferred, shortening the lives of the carriers and starting local wars. Although these are just my fantasies on the topic, nothing more :)
Flock remembers what it was like to be a green recruit who is afraid and who was greatly impressed by Erwin's speech in season 3, so he always tries to say something similar to Erwin's words in order to motivate the Yeagerists. And again, because mostly only green newcomers joined him, the same as Flock himself was in season 3; more experienced soldiers cannot be impressed or motivated by such speeches.
And Erwin then, in season 3, deliberately led everyone to death because... they were in desperate straits. He knew that he would be one of the first to die, and it was this moment and this image of the, in a sense, broken Erwin that Flock took as a model, it seems to me. Before that, he had not seen other expeditions, so he simply did not know that it could be different, he did not know that Erwin was different and that for him, this was an extreme measure.
In any case, no matter how crazy Flock may look now, he has become a force to be reckoned with. Flock became an experienced military man with a large number of radical supporters, and in a sense, Erwin made him just that.

That's very admirable of Levi! No matter what to fulfill the promise plus he got personal reasons now as well... Would be interesting to know what Erwin would think about all of it, most likely he would oppose Eren, and who knows maybe if he survived he somehow could change Floch

Cringeavenger assemble 😂 ! One of the worst team in anime’s history… God I hate them, the fact that we follow them it’s so sad ! But we now Jean think Eren is doing the right thing he said it in episode 22 so I hope he will betray the scout at the end
We are wondering what Eren would do in case if it was some other character like Reiner, Erwin, or Historia conducting Rumbling, would he join "world saviors" or would he go with "Braunists"/"Swithists"/"Reissists" for the sake of Eldian empire, either way we know that Mikasa will go with Eren hehe
