@paragonNL false, Mr. precision was the original lead guitarist, joe was not able to play this show, the bassist is a fill in from another punk band who knew rise's songs. joe and tim have been in the band the whole time.
@reelbigalex right, and political music isn't Green Day's main thing anyways, they've only done it for 2 albums now. Their older albums deal with personal conflicts, and gradually ease into stuff about other people and society, Warning almost sounds a little political. Rise Against have been in it all along, it's basically the reason Tim created the band.
He screams to the crowd that he wants to see a circle pit and everyone starts moshing. That's what I'm talking about. A circle pit means you dance in a fucking circle, you don't fucking run into each other like you're at a tool concert...
I don't think they're mainstream, I just think they're a little softer. Their music doesn't sound like everyone else's (except for Audience of One and The Dirt Whispered)... songs like Whereabouts Unknown and Entertainment are still fantastic songs.. I would even go as to say Entertainment can't be classified as anything... punk rock, of course, but it's a new style.. They just went a little softer, that's all.

@ICantMove Umm i watched an interview that was taken place right before the concert Im pretty sure Joe was having family problems.You can find the interview somewhere on here and it should tell you who is playing bass.

He was most likely crowd surfing and security caught him when he went over the barriers so he didn't get hurt.
