Not good. Quran says Allah is over His Throne, hadith of the abd bint, miraj, farewell haj prove this. Sahih M. Kitab iman says there is a barrier between Allah and creation. From Tauhid is Allah is separate from creation. Quran 20.46 shows Allah is with us Hearing and Seeing.

I only came across brother Daniel when this recent attack on our brothers/sisters in Palestine occurred. Saw his tweets, checked his RUclips channel and immediately started to gain knowledge that satisfied my heart. I genuinely feel like he speaks for Muslims with no agenda at all but getting the ummah stronger.
I think the most important point Br Daniel mentioned is that the real challenge for our Ummah and next generation in particular is not the subtle Aqeedah or Fiqh issues , but Liberalism and Feminism. He mentioned that there is this clear intention by falsehood to divide and distract the traditional Muslims on Aqeedah and Fiqh issues so that Feminism and Liberalism makes inroads into the Muslims.

For example “Nadwatul Ulama” established by Scholars included Atharis, Asharis and Maturidis . They worked together as part of Ahlu Sunnah. That is what we required now by the Scholars. Even though I strongly accept that Athari creed is most correct and followed by the Four Great Imams without doubt. But we can not exclude Asharis and Maturidis from Ahlu Sunnah.

I have never come across a single "Deobandi" scholar that promotes or defends Qabr worship, Wahdatul wujood, bidah and the different accusations labeled toward them. It's imperative that we don't label a huge segment of the Muslim population with a broad brush, thus stigmatizing them as people of baatil. People need to wake up and see the reality of things.

MashaAllah Br Daniel shows the Islam is way above any 'ism'. We invite people to Islam not to 'isms'. Extreme Salafis need to understand that not everyone who disagrees with them is a non-Muslim or an innovator. I have seen some Salafis even label Sh Uthman and Sh Karim Abu Zaid innovators. Alhamdulillah, there were great Muslim scholars who were asharis or maturidis, making blanket takfeer of them is blatantly incorrect. Sh Uthman points out certain errors in understanding and practice of some Deobandis, but Br Daniel points out that, that is not the position of the entire community or scholarship among them. Unfortunately, it seems we just can't be Muslims anymore without identifying ourselves as Salafis or Deobandis or any other group. Br Daniel has done a great job in communicating the middle ground , between 2 of the major groups among Muslims ((e.g. he is Athari in aqeedah but has benefited from Deobandi shuyookh as well). I hope people can learn from his moderate and reasonable position in shaa Allah.

I think the most important point Br Daniel mentioned is that the real challenge for our Ummah and next generation in particular is not the subtle Aqeedah or Fiqh issues , but Liberalism and Feminism. He mentioned that there is this clear intention by falsehood to divide and distract the traditional Muslims on Aqeedah and Fiqh issues so that Feminism and Liberalism makes inroads into the Muslims.

Daniel is operating on a level far beyond uthman and at times he, Sh. Othman comes off as antagonizing. He told Daniel to relax when he was already calm which only shows that HE needed to relax.

As per Sh Kareem, mashaAllah he is a great alim but maybe because of the number of messages he received, he looked "a little" more stressed and tense than other panellists. His initiation to make Brother Daniel repeat the kalima was not so kind, to be honest!!! Neither was it the wisest decision to make. Downgrading a Muslim brother and da'ee before hundreds (thousands online) would cause extra trouble but Daniel humbly took it and dealt with it without causing harm to the setting alhamdulillah. A big allahuakbar for his humility. Hope he keeps up, may Allah protect him and the students of knowledge from the sharr of kibr and ghurur. I was shocked to hear that they were serious to ask him to repeat the kalima but mashaAllah to everybody, "it went down well". So, salams and duas to all who organised this fruitful conference.

Great responses by brother Daniel on defending the ulema of Deoband. I have never come across a single "Deobandi" scholar that promotes or defends Qabr worship, Wahdatul wujood, bidah and the different accusations labeled toward them.

in fact i even said that shikh uthman didn't know about this while the one who orchistrated it, the one in the middle as i am middle eastern living in the middle east, i can tell from his body language that there was no real maliciousness in what he was doing....

I'd agree that the person in the middle might have seemed disrespectful, I would've just upright said Daniel you must clear your stance because of bla bla bla misconceptions behind you and all that and that would've been sufficient. He might've went overboard but I've seen some rediciolous comments here so I just copy pasted that comment everywhere. I saw people doing takfeer, swearing at these great Da3ees and Sheikhs, it really put a bad taste in my mouth. They all are great, they cleared up misconceptions, and even though one of them seemed disrespectful, we should not account for that one single bad part of this conversation but we should look at the overall picture and how this conversation had a net positive effect as it clarified alot of things. I'm really really upset to see people slander this great people, some people even pointed at me and called ma Kafir for that comment I sent, and called me a Salafi, Wahabi and what not. I'm a Muslim, I follow the teachings of The Quran, Sunnah, and the teachings of the great Salafs. Simple. We should all do the same. My entire point is that the people in these comments are going overboard at spreading rumors and doing takfeer.

the supreme judge in egypt is christian, nothing in the law says that a non muslim can't rule if they were elected.
the same with tunis that has offically separated the religion and state, more like is forcing islam to be something you only believe but not act upon.
go actually listen to the taps daniel was talking about, all the great shiukh from al albani to uthaimeen, spoke very openly on this, they even went as far as saying there is no bai3a in this age.
btw i'm from the opinion that is against rebelion first and formost and i'm somewhat against the way daniel does his critque not becuase he names names or not, that is just bs, but becuase it goes back to the basics of maslaha.

frankly with all due respect, shikh uthman mostly does dawah to christians and struggles with others, while in muslim countries we don't need dawah for christians we need dawah for "muslims".
in fact even the dawah he does for christians he can't do in "muslim countries" if he was in egypt, he would have been taken straight to jail, many did even much more milder comparative religion dawah and got jailed for years and years.
and these people want people who are able to do dawah from the outside yet reach those in the inside to stop doing that type of dawah. it's disgusting.

Okay I'd like to get straight into topic. I've read many of the comments here and honestly, brothers what's wrong? Why are we trying to split each other up? What happened? I've watched this video thoroughly and I'd agree that Sheikh Kharim might have sounded like we was "ambushing" Daniel, but we got the necessary clarifications all of us needed no? Daniel talked about his stance and clarified some of the misconceptions behind him. Sheikh Uthman respected this conversation and he wasn't even planning for it to happen, but it did and they handled it well. Sheikh Uthman cleared up on the importance of where someone gets knowledge from and how if he is not a qualified scholar, that they must not spread their beliefs and etc until they are qualified. They talked about some of the people that teach wrong Qaeedas and all that but that's besides the point, I've seen many comments here where some people insult Sheikh Uthman for example, or say oh I'm never going to support this dude or that guy. Guys guys what's going on? Alot of misconceptions we're cleared up, we got background information about these intelligent men, and they discussed some of the dangers of an unqualified person spreading his knowledge. What you people are doing here is splitting the Ummah even further and your just simply making those islamaphobes and hypocrites even more happy. Brothers we should thank all of them that went up there, we love Sheikh Uthman, Skeikh Karim, Daniel, and the Sheikh at the right (I apologize in advance I'm not familiar with him nor do I know him, it's the first time I see him but he seems genuine and a good respectable person) and we should not spread hate between us. MashaAllah Br Daniel shows the Islam is way above any 'ism'. We invite people to Islam not to 'isms'. Extreme Salafis need to understand that not everyone who disagrees with them is a non-Muslim or an innovator. I have seen some Salafis even label Sh Uthman and Sh Karim Abu Zaid innovators. Alhamdulillah, there were great Muslim scholars who were asharis or maturidis, making blanket takfeer of them is blatantly incorrect. Sh Uthman points out certain errors in understanding and practice of some Deobandis, but Br Daniel points out that, that is not the position of the entire community or scholarship among them. Unfortunately, it seems we just can't be Muslims anymore without identifying ourselves as Salafis or Deobandis or any other group. Br Daniel has done a great job in communicating the middle ground , between 2 of the major groups among Muslims ((e.g. he is Athari in aqeedah but has benefited from Deobandi shuyookh as well). I hope people can learn from his moderate and reasonable position in shaa Allah.
I hear you brother but on the flip side, brother daniel as well calls many people innovators. Lets be honest the first generations did almost all the legwork and put forth almost all our beliefs and systems and since then the ummah has deviated into many different sects as was prophesized and this is why so many are calling to true islam and calling others innovators, it is true not just some conspiracy theory.
