It’s evil! Al’hamdulillah, I fought for my son and got my time with him. But it took years of court battles and $35,000+ JUST to get my equal rights to have a relationship with my son! Subscribed! I'm a mother of 2 boys and I think the problem start before the divorce actually it start the day both men and women decided to get married and neither of them know what's their duty(responsibility) or right in Islam so that vacuum been field by feminism, so in my opinion we need to start introducing some kind of classes to any one getting married and mothers too need to fair Allah and do their duty towards their girls and boys too

I went through a lot of trauma as well with my divorce I couldn’t see my 3 daughters for almost 3 years which just shattered the bond I had with them and than when I was allowed to see them again I still don’t want to tell them it was all because their mum made up lies about me so in their head I just disappeared for no reason my ex accused me of being a t@rrorist and wanting to take the kids abroad to join a 4 letter terror group I was arrested and investigated under anti terror laws and even after extensive interrogation and investigation not a single shred of evidence was found to substantiate her false accusations I was still deemed to be a threat simply because I have a beard a Muslim name and unfortunately a criminal history that I was involved in years before my kids were born but because she is white and English they wanted to protect them from my “radical” religion I was only contacted again by my ex as she needed help with my eldest 2 daughters who were going through a lot of mental trauma in their heads that my eldest even attempted suicide 3 times these women don’t understand that the ones that suffer the most are the kids and by the time they get the message it’s too late for the kids 😢

I would say as a revert to Islam. I would be cautious when when marrying a born Muslim. I have never seen so much aggression from Muslim woman born into Islam. Most reverts I speak to are tortured mentally by Muslim Woman born into Islam.
Revert sisters for revert brothers would be a better choice. The culture and rules in their culture they do not favour and choose the easy way out by marrying a revert brother.

you are right because us muslim men are usually raised with a tough mindset whilst the revert brothers were affected by liberalism most likely bfr islaam. Also we are raised differently as hpyiscal disciline without causing injury is not considered ab;;us;e(which is why we are raised more "tough"). we have also dealt with harshness (insulkts,do not have concepts of "fati shaming" and the likes, basically are more direct)from families growing up whereas reverts are usually respectful and considerate. I defnintely recommend revrt brothers and sisters marry each other because of cultural similarity!!

Its like living in US, UK, western and eastern develop countries, yes the quality of life looks the most sophisticated and progress but muslim/ mukmin who live there was struggle and may lost their Islam, iman and ihsan. Oh Allah before I could even start watching this I am reading the comments and crying so much for everyone cuz I am also going thru what I am reading and it's sad that we are the worst of the worst of this ummah and Inshallah may Allah help us all but brothers please do the right thing and be patient when your angry realize it's a test and clam down and go to court no matter what family's says to you to protect your rights as a father. I had to plea for custody for my children and my whole family is against me and fight with me Everytime I pick up my children . I been to jail 2 times last year once from not holding my anger back end the second time was from me protecting myself and my fiance who reverted back to Islam from being attacked but still I was arrested but please have patience Allah knows best because the second time I went to jail I swear to you by the Quran and Allah that my mind was not in the right place when I was going to leave but Allah showed me a reason why I was supposed to be there because a kid who knew my brother that passed away what's his friend in my bed was right next to his and he talked to me for a little bit and ran up to me and said he does not know why but his heart and soul is screaming out that he needs to take his shahada that day and at that time because he did not know if he was going to wake up the next day. Because I was telling him about Islam to calm myself down and not think about what I was going through because I was not in the right State of mind. What Allah showed me that day was all of this was in his plan so what you guys are going through it's because that's Allah's plan . Before I couldn't see my children for months at a time but now I have established where I see them every two weekends and have my nights and days with them and they can be with me. Angela gave me a better job because I was going from one job to another because of the situations I was going through at my house and I kept on trying to give my ex-wife a chance over and over again I even left my fiance so many times to try to give my ex-wife a chance all for the sake of my children who lives with my family. I got kicked out and thrown out many times they begged me to give them another chance and even came here to my house. I can tell you guys so much more but I'll tell you this all of this was all a plan be patient Allah's plan is the best plan. And be safe and take care of yourself for the sake of your children and be the man that you guys need to be. No matter how many difficulties you're going through. Do the right thing go to court and take action even if your family is against everything you do. As long as you're following the Sunnah.may Allah forgive us all and give them their peace in their minds these people who think the way they do and hurt us not understanding anything. Just attacking because of culture values by the way I'm an afghan Muslim who was born and raised in America. I can tell you guys so much but that's between me and Allah. Weirdly enough I only know sisters who suffered for years with abusive and not providing husbands. Yet the sisters stayed and tried and when they finally had enough and divorced faced the fact that the fathers STILL don’t want to take responsibility for their kids to spend time with them and raise them.

Why is that when issues that fathers face are brought up, there's always a tendacy to deflect and assume that he was perhaps abusive? Not saying that it doesn't happen, but It's not always the case, nor are the men always in the wrong. This video comes at a time when I need it most but it doesn’t fully speak to me. It doesn’t speak to the Muslimah that this is happening too.
I’m currently going through Court proceedings that are rooted in Parental Alienation. My son has been brainwashed completely by my ex husband and has accused me of horrible things. I don’t see my children unless he allows. I have been Without my children for the last 9 months. I provided for them without his support. I looked after them in every possible way. I was granted a Khulla and my life for the last year has been flipped upside down. Allah knows my truth and my full story. I have not lied or kept my children away from their father. He was abusive and I had to seek an order of protection. From the outside looking in I look like the trouble maker. From the Muslim perspective I should have been patient and never went through the court system. I’m alone here. I don’t live in my home country and no support from the threats on my life. Just imagine if I was your daughter or sister. He is bitter and is also suffering from mental health issues with narcissism being among them. My heart hurts beyond the words I can type. My emotional state is being tested. I want to tell my story. Who will listen? Who will believe when the shoe is on the other foot? He has done exactly was is described in the video. He said I have ties to extremism and so on. Parental alienation doesn’t happen to women so I’m not being believed. Parental alienation is happening so frequently because the divorce rate is so high. In the Muslim community the blame game starts with why did you initiate divorce. The court system has failed. What are the solutions for me? A Muslim woman going through severe Parental alienation in Canada. My children will be damaged for a very long time.

Pre-nups - guys, get prenuptial agreements done to protect your wealth and earnings. Make sure to begin recording and taking notes and evidence as soon as you hear threats of divorce or children being taken away or fabricated accusations levelled at you. That's usually the red line, she's already crossed it, so plan your exit by protecting yourself. Focus on the kids, spend time with them and keep a strong bond.
I'd say dont even get legaly married,live in a non cohabitation state and put your wealth in a trust,if they use the kids that on them the litle kids will join the statistics

The way to get around it is to figure out what is the reasons they get thrown out and make sure your prenup is cast iron and can’t be challenged.
For example if a woman claim she was forced to sign it under duress,
- make sure it was signed before months before the wedding date

The courts are a mess, but if a woman wants out she can, I don't know why you would be arguing that it's a problem, the bigger problem would be not allowing women to leave

@MFSF Salam brothers brilliant podcast I was wondering if it is possible for Muslims to have a form of prenup that is legally binding where we state the terms and conditions of the marriage and when a separation does happen, that may include a 50-50 as a default child custody until abuse or other such cases are raised not on the biases of the mothers testimony but an independent arbitrator like an Imam and also protection of the individuals wealth.

Solution: normalise Islamic prenups in accordance with shariah, ie the nikah contract itself accounts for the roles, responsibilities, expectations, and who the mediators would be in case of disruptions etc

Brother Daniel, May Allah grant you a long, healthy life and accept you. We need so many more of you. I was really confused about islamic rulling of dealing with the modern women as I hear not only from online sheikhs but also from offline hakkani alems about not shaming, and they even encourage lying by women. I was so confused as I believe Islam is for justice, but no justice is being done to today's men. They will get married with a women who are not sexually pure (untouched by male), wives are cheating, abusing husbands, divorcing and using children against husband, raising someone's child by the husband giving false idea that the child is his. Everything is going on. That brother is wrong. I am from the sub-continent.There are very few marriages where the husband and wife didn't know each other prior to marriage. Most marriages are affair marriages.
