My friend and I played this simultaneously, and his hint was using mages since Reyna will just defend. Hitting her with the highest tier of fire and dark magic available (tier 6) should work. My other tip will be using Milana, and get her Skeleton Flick rune (lvl 45+ should open it, if you don't want to grind her, make sure she's alive by round 1 of Mystery Room trial). The rune will inflict curse status on Reyna and will damage her enough.
This fight is just obnoxius. Your mp doesn't refill with every failed attempt so the best way to recover from your losses is to save scum. This bug makes it infinitely worse by turning a fight that was clearly balanced around you fighting in three turns and instead forces you to metagame by making the third one completely pointless.
Beat her in 2 turns should make her join the party.

Lvl 36-38 should be enough. Just 1 person with lvl 1 dark rune and 3 charged up characters and Nowa. 6th can be optional like another with dark rune.

yes im having the same issue, pretty sure im doin enough damage but only on turn 3

She is bug right now I think due to the recent patch, you can be able to bypass the bug by beating her on 2 turns.
