If it does change how people interact with you, it could be something that actually incentivizes replays, since one of the biggest problems of Stick of Truth was its linearity.
You can beat Morgan Freeman. He actually pulls off a fart that bends the fabric of time halfway through the fight and summons Young Morgan Freeman into the fight. You get a pretty neat artifact for beating him though
in the speedsters backstory it also says ''you made one fatal mistake, you pissed me off'' followed with a barrage of punches. not very subtle nod there too
