Swarmz is actually pretty talented he normally sings on his tracks but can totally rap as well.
this was a basic drill flow it's far from good rap... You could get trained in a hour to learn that flow easily, hence its done so often by like everyone... Its catchy and easy af to do...
EDIT: looks like I have aggravated the 12 year old drill fanboys, they don't like the fact that drill is easy af to make. funny how they think you need to be an artist to have an opinion on some shitty song.. eeeh
