Respected Dr. My four year daughter sometimes having protein + or ++ in only fresh urine but not present protein her random urine on the same day,through dipstick. Her serum creatinine level was 0.6 ( in reference value) six months before. What should I do in next steps, please guide me.

Treatment for membrankus nephropathy is tacrolimus for adults. But please contact your nephrologist for the same

The treatment for nephrotic syndrome is prednisolone. If it is steroid dependant or resistant then the treatment changes.
