Chris, I have had similar stalling problems from a poorly designed evap system on a custom car. It looks to me like your vent lines from the filler neck could be run up higher to avoid siphoning on a full tank. I ended up doing that and also added a liquid trap to the vent line that I could keep an eye on. This would allow you to empty any overflow fuel without saturating the charcoal canister.

Love your series / channel. Welcome to da east coast! Just felt you might have broken some speed limits in getting from Bangor to Nova Scotia in about three hours..... more like a couple of hours to New Brunswick and then across that province in about maybe 4 to the Border between NB and NS. Burnt Coat head is a very cool place on the “Noel Shore” so named for the village of Noel.

In 1971 we camped in Parrsboro N.S. overlooking the Bay of Fundy. The tide change empties 55 million gallons. Going to sleep at night practically at the waters edge, waking up to se the water at the bottom of a 200 foot cliff. Check it out if you get a chance, a sight to behold. It made an impression on me that's lasted 50 years.

Overfill was my first thought when your jeep started stalling. Back flow in the fuel line, excessive fume may cause some obstruction in the fuel line (more like coughing issues) and disrupt any valve or sensor that you may have with both tanks. I would just NOT fill the tanks at FULL level next time, worth a shot. This happened to my vehicle awhile back, it damaged the tank seal due to overfill and caused some stalling issues. I hope it works out with your jeep.
Always looking forward to your Ventures.

Is it safe to assume that should you decide to install an auxiliary tank it would be wise to only fill the tanks a quarter to maybe half way on the initial fill up in order to avoid air becoming trapped in the empty tanks pushing up and causing a similar issue?

I have to say one of my biggest frustrations with camping apps/sites is the people that review a site and don't submit a picture, or just submit a useless picture like a super tight shot that shows only their rig. I seriously can't stand this and I don't know why people even bother with the review. I can tell within a second with even a halfway decent pic whether I want to stay or not. Sometimes people's verbal descriptive is way off and ironically more difficult than just posting a picture would be. I think pictures should be mandatory, at least for the first review of a site.
For Ioverlander specifically I don't know why people submit so many Walmarts. Who needs an app to find a Walmart? They really really need to make a new category for those. I hate thinking there might be camping somewhere and it is just a Walmart or Pemex in Mexico.
