      Bonjour
      Vous pouvez essayer de faire un reset (restoration usine), il y a un petit trou a côter de l'emplacement SD
      Cela remettra la caméra par défaut et devrait permettre de la paramétrer

      @@IsaBelle-tr7cr Bonjour, Pour le wifi, c'est normalement le wifi de votre box internet (Maison) en 2.4gHz (vous sélectionnez votre wifi habituel et vous mettez le mot de passe)
      Concernant l'absence de la led bleu, je ne sais pas du tout, il faudra peut être demander directement au vendeur (et au besoin voir pour la garantie)

      Il faut que vous alliez sur le + en haut à droite de l’application , ajouter un appareil , puis cliquer dans caméra et serrure à gauche puis cliquer sur caméra de sécurité et après quand vous avez fait ça vous allez voir en fait à droite ce sera marquer code QR de là vous cliquer dessus et vous sélectionnez mode wifi faite bien attention de vous connecter sur votre wifi normal et pas celle de la fibre sinon ça ne fonctionnera pas

      @@TofangerUnboxing I have tested. Unfortunately, this camera does not support the Onvif protocol and does not record in the DVR. What a pity.

      Oui tout a fait
      Une fois que vous avez connecté la caméra au réseau wifi (au moment de la connexion, le smartphone doit être sur le même réseau que la caméra) ensuite vous pouvez voir la caméra a partir du smartphone en 4G, en Wifi (peu importe le wifi)

    I got the same one but it doesn't enter pairing mode, ever, not even after reset. I just can't get it to read the QR code because of that.

      maybe a fault on the camera? I don't really know what to tell you, it normally automatically goes into pairing mode

      Hello, from the application you can try to format the sd card and see if the problem is corrected.
      Or you can also try another sd card and see if that fixes the problem

    Hi all. I have several ones and strangely some are really hd quality and the last one I bought from fuers by AliExpress is just rubbish. Pixelated islges, like it's a 300kncsneta. It sold as 3Mpixels but when you pan it is terrible. Any idea? Also how can you know if it is really 3megapixel? Or should I buy a 1080p version, which I believe is the same. Thx for feedback

      Concerning the purchase on AliExpress or another site, I do not know how to advise you.. when they are third-party sellers it is not easy to know the real quality of the product
      Maybe you can send an email to the brand to ask to check your product :)

      @@TofangerUnboxing hi. They (official fuers Company) contacted me asking not to return it as it will be destroyed. Which after searching the internet seems commen that they destroy the good as sending it back costs too much.
      They said the camera is a 3mpixel version. Strangely when I downloaded a capture it has dimensions of 4.7MB, so they even send me a wrong version. I feel bad that it will be destroyed. Not for the product but for the environment. It can't be right to destroy so easily stuff . So for that reason I might keep it as a backup. I will think about it for the next days.

      Puoi usare una micro SD da 32 GB, va bene per questa fotocamera (non importa la marca)

      @@rafaelgenraf Sì, una volta che la scheda di memoria è piena, la fotocamera elimina invece il file più vecchio da scrivere e così via.

      Yes using the tuya app on both persons phone,tablet,etc... You can pass a link so the other can see it. You can then also disconnect that link anytime. I use it so my family can see my home/cat when I am not around

    Tengo la misma cámara , pero ya hace un tiempo cada ves que la conecto después de alrededor de media hora aparece fuera de línea y debo volver a conectarla , ¿Sabes que puede ser ??

      A mi me pasó algo similar y he cambiado la fuente con una adaptador de 1.5A de buena calidad y ya no se desconecta más. Cuando el adaptador no da 5V empieza los problemas de eso tipo. Prueba y nos cuentas

      A única coisa que eu sei é que a porta da minha é 6688, porém to tentando achar usuário e senha, se alguém souber me avise.

      @@Bellintani2 Eu não achei nada nesse sentido, basicamente a Tuya tem um site que você consegue acessar a imagem da sua câmera por lá, ai quando preciso ver a câmera pelo firestick eu abro esse site! A merda é que mesmo eu deixando logado no site, depois de alguns dias ele desconecta. Achei essa câmera bem fraca já que ela não tem nenhum gatilho para ativar automações e não aparece dentro da Alexa de forma nativa.

    Tengo una Fuers parecida y desde siempre, la luz azul jamás parpadeó. Ni siquiera después del Reset, ni desenchufarla y volver a enchufarla, no hay caso...alguien solucionó esto?

      tal vez sea un fallo de la cámara? No sé muy bien que decirte, normalmente entra automáticamente en modo de emparejamiento.
      tal vez intente comunicarse con la marca o el vendedor para obtener ayuda o garantía.

      Good morning
      A little delay is normal, because the camera receives the image, converts it, sends it via wifi to the server, which then arrives on your phone.
      So it's normally to have "a little" latency. and you also have to take into account the speed of your internet connection, and the 3G/4G/5G connection speed of your phone :)

      Niewielkie opóźnienie jest normalne, ponieważ kamera odbiera obraz, konwertuje go, wysyła przez Wi-Fi na serwer, który następnie trafia do Twojego telefonu.
      Zwykle występuje „niewielkie” opóźnienie. musisz także wziąć pod uwagę prędkość swojego połączenia internetowego i prędkość połączenia 3G/4G/5G swojego telefonu :)
